Enjoy a piece of paradise at Suntide ll Condominium Community, Unit 505, your home away from home. A spacious 1200 square ft. fully furnished condo perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.
Begin your day eating breakfast on the furnished oceanfront covered balcony. Enjoy the sea breeze as you take in the breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. After breakfast, take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline.
Large windows bathe the living room with natural light. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging on the couch or the comfortable recliner. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down as you watch the game on the 60" HD TV in the Living Room / 40" HD 4K in the primary bedroom, and a 32" SMART HD TV in the 2nd bedroom.
Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the striking granite countertops as you prepare your favorite meals. The dining area fits 5 guests comfortably, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Texas-sized barbeque grill area on the first floor to assist the pitmaster in the group.
The primary suite has a cozy king-size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise through large floor-to-ceiling windows while snug beneath the covers or unwinding at the end of the day while watching a show on the flat-screen TV. The newly remodeled primary bathroom has a walk-in closet, a large vanity with plenty of drawers for storing toiletries, and a gorgeous walk-in tile shower with a support bar and a built-in seat.
The inviting guest bedroom has 2 full-size beds. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, 6-drawer dresser, and small walk-in closet with storage shelf. Freshen up in the spacious attached guest bathroom with marble vanity, 5-shelf linen closet, and tub/shower combo.
The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Play a thrilling game of tennis, lounge on the sun deck with palapas, take a dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in the hot tub, and enjoy direct ocean access to the beach; if you so choose, along the way, stop for a game of sand volleyball.

"Love, love, LOVED this unit! It was very easy to check in, was super clean! Loved that it was right when you exit the elevators. There are tv’s in every room and board games galore. It felt cozy and like you are at home! The complex had trolley’s to carry our things up (so we didn’t have multiple trips), and the beach access was phenomenal. There were multiple access points which made things very easy for us. The only downside really was the sugar ants along the countertop by the sink. Granted we didn’t see them until the day before our last day in SPI but it wasn’t a deal breaker by any means. I feel this can be super common in condominiums in SPI and along the beach. Other than that, everything was fantastic and I will definitely be returning!

"The condo was very clean with awesome views. We had a great week in this great condo. We had an absolute blast! The condo is close to everything. Not a complain at all, but being huge football fans, we wish the living room tv had regular remote to watch Smart TV for Thursday night Prime so we could watch in living room (or we couldn't figure out lol). We called the office, they said if it was a Smart TV it would have regular remote to get to apps, we did watch in bedroom so all good. Would definitely book again! We had a great Stay!

"We had an amazing time in South Padre. The condo was appointed with everything that we needed and was directly on the beach. The balcony was large with plenty of space for us all to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from our comfortable perch. "This unit is great. The living area was perfect for us all to relax with great beach view. It is in the middle of complex, no contact or issue with neighbors. Only downer was the tar balls on beach. We never knew and they get on everything. There is a trick on skin, using baby oil to remove. Unit came well stocked.

"We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location on the beach was fantastic, easily accessible, as well as a beautiful view of the sunrise from our balcony and master bedroom. It's very close to lots of restaurants and beach shops, including some options within walking distance. The place was clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was well-stocked, having everything we needed. Only had one issue with the wi-fi the day after we arrived, and it was taken care of within a couple hours. Definitely recommend for a great stay on SPI!

"This was the perfect condo for our escape from Michigan winter! The condo is lovely; furnishings are comfortable; kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, etc. , but need to provide your own condiments if cooking. The master bath and walk in closet were great. We spent lots of time on the balcony, listening to the waves and enjoying the warm (sometimes windy!) weather. The high chairs are especially nice! Nice pool and hot tub. Walking distance to Blackbeard's, and the WannaWanna beach bar. Parking can get a little tight when the condos are fully occupied. We would definitely stay here again.

"One of the best-equipped kitchens, and largest amount of bedroom closet/drawer/ kitchen pantry space we've experienced in a rental! Gorgeous views with very responsive property management when we had TV issues. They were very helpful on the phone also, before our arrival. Linen exchange was an extra plus. Felt safe with digital locking doors and gates. A very good experience. Only wish beach towels were provided. It was nice to have a more than the expected supply of trash bags and dishwasher pods provided. These details make a difference.

We loved Suntide II condo 505 and South Padre. The condominium was beautifully furnished and very clean. The view of the ocean is spectacular!

"This property had everything we needed and wanted in a beachfront condo, we will definitely be back! Top floor, centered, with tall patio chairs for an unobstructed view to watch the family play in the surf or to have coffee and watch the sun come up.
The kitchen was roomy enough for us to cook in without bumping into each other, it came with all of the necessities to cook our dinners and make everything from coffee to margaritas. The dining table allowed us to sit together for family meals and share the highlights of our day. The bar seating was great, you could sit at the bar and talk to the people that were cooking. The master bedroom was roomy and the bed was comfortable, with a generous closet, so we didn't have to have our bags by the bed. The shower was really nice and updated as well. The 2nd bedroom has an onboard bathroom and 2 comfortable full/queen beds. The couch was super comfortable and large enough for napping and lounging. The kids had some school work and were able to complete it using the wifi in the room before heading down to the beach and pool. The pool and hot tub were a great size with plenty of seating and room for the coolers. We had an amazing stay and we hope you do too!

"Such a lovely condo, well appointed, everything was thought of, fantastic view, comfy bed, and brilliant idea to use a keypad for entry rather than keys! Only suggestion--the shower could use a little more water pressure. Otherwise perfect, smooth transaction from check-in to check-out!

"We will be back to this wonderful condo #505 soon. The only thing this places does not have was a bbq, but we made do. The porch was our favorite hangout with that spectacular view. Highly recommend this unit.
