South Padre Island vacation rentals provide the perfect getaway for Spring Breakers to let loose during spring break week. These South Padre condo rentals are rented to those under the age of 25, specifically friendly to college students. Some benefits include group-friendly accommodations, properties near music venues, and social resort settings.
Spring Break can be lots of fun but with so many people rules have to be set and followed. Here some important “Keep It Fun” items.
Occupancy Limit – Only the persons named on your list when you checked-in are allowed to stay in the vacation home.
Wristbands – A member of our staff will place a wristband on you when you check-in. It must be worn at all times while on the grounds. Security guards will not let you on the grounds without it. To replace a lost wristband will cost you $100.
Noise Levels – every condo complex has a “Quiet Curfew.”
Too Many People and Too Much Noise are the 2 biggest reasons groups get evicted.
- Accidental Damage – You will be asked to leave a cash deposit of between $400 and $600 dollars at check-in as a deposit against potential damages.
- NO Pets – Not even your goldfish! As wonderful as pets can be they need to stay home. Fines apply for having pets.
- NO Smoking – All vacation homes are smoke-free. Fines apply for smoking in homes.
We want to give your deposit back to you. Please leave the vacation home in the same condition as you found it. It is best to report damage because we will find it.
- Parking Permits – You will receive 1 to 2 parking permits. Any other vehicles in your group will need to park outside of designated parking areas.
- Check-In Time – Check-in is 4 pm the day of your arrival. BUT we sometimes have issues and may not be able to get you in for another hour or two. Go have fun on the beach! We will call you when it is ready. There are no refunds for late check-ins.
- Check-in Location – 3100 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597
- Late Check-Ins – If you are not there at 4p, don’t worry. Our Welcome Center is open 24/7.
- Early Check-In – We can sometimes get you in early. Call us and ask, or we will try to call you and let you know.
- Check-Out Time – 11am – 11:00 am – 11 AM – 11:00 AM – One hour before noon. Any Questions?
- Late Check-Out – During busy seasons we cannot offer late check-outs.
- Returning Keys – You will be issued keys at check-in and they must be back in our office by 11 am the day of departure.
Canceling A Reservation
Cancellation – Once full payment has been received a Spring Break reservation CANNOT be canceled.
Trip Insurance – For that reason, we recommend the purchase of trip insurance through Red Sky Insurance, available at the time you complete your reservation. For more information click here.

Part of Keeping It Fun means going home with a suntan, not a sunburn. Keeping It Fun means going home exhausted and actually getting home. Keeping It Fun means going home with the buzz worn off and answering your parents questions clearly. Keeping It Fun means you only spent the money you brought and did NOT go home in debt having spent some quality time with local law enforcement. Keeping It Fun means leaving the vacation home in the same condition you found it and not loosing your security deposit.
