Enjoy a piece of paradise at Suntide ll Condominium Community, Unit 504, your home away from home. A fully furnished penthouse is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.

Begin your day eating breakfast on the furnished oceanfront covered balcony. Enjoy the sea breeze as you take in the breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. After breakfast, take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline.

Large windows bathe the living room with natural light. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging on the recliner or the comfortable couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down as you watch a favorite show on the 50" flat-screen TV.

Enjoy the striking granite countertops as you whip up a scrumptious meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The dining area fits 4 guests comfortably, with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Texas-sized barbeque grill area on the first floor to assist the pitmaster in the group.

The primary suite has a cozy king-size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise through large floor-to-ceiling windows while snug beneath the covers or unwinding at the end of the day while watching a show on the flat-screen TV. The primary bath has a walk-in closet, a large vanity with plenty of drawers for storing toiletries, and a gorgeous walk-in tile shower with a built-in seat.

The inviting guest bedroom has two full-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. Freshen up in the attached guest bathroom with a large vanity, a 5-shelf linen closet, and a tub/shower combo.

The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Play a thrilling game of tennis, lounge on the sun deck with palapas, take a dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in the hot tub, and enjoy direct ocean access to the beach; if you so choose, along the way, stop for a game of sand volleyball.

"Great place in a great location. Was exactly as pictured. You can easily access the beach. Only a couple blocks from dollar general and restaurants, which made things very convenient. The condo was clean upon arrival and the unit is right across from the laundry room that you have to pay for. Overall was a great experience.

"Our stay was excellent! The ocean view from both the master bedroom and living room was absolutely stunning. The condo’s location on the beach is perfect—right on the beach but not overly crowded. It fit our family of five comfortably with the pull-out bed in the living room, and we all felt right at home. The only hiccup was the hot tub, which wasn’t working at first, but after a few calls it was partially fixed. We hope the pool and hot tub continue to be well maintained—it’s clear the owners invest in the property. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting South Padre Island!

"This property was very nice! We loved how roomy the condo was, and especially all the room on the balcony. We were so thankful for the elevator, which made it so easy to reach the condo, and it was conveniently close to the elevator. We did not use it, however the laundry mat was very close to the condo as well, right out the door. The views from the balcony are so beautiful. The environment was nice and quiet for the most part, and the condo had everything we needed except for a good knife in the kitchen to cut our veggies with. My only criticism would be to supply some good knives for cook prepping. We will most likely stay there again when we head back down that way. We loved it and can't wait to go back.

"The interior of the condo is a little dated, but it is immaculately clean and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable. We absolutely loved our five-day visit and would go back with hesitation! The host and check was seamless, instructions ere perfect! We selected this location because of the small hint of a rocking chair on the patio in one of the photos. When we arrived we found four rocking chairs! Two on the patio, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom. Watching the sunrise from a rocking chair is the bomb!

"The condo was clean and comfy. It was nice to sit out and look out to the beach, which is also very easy to get to. It was nice to head back from the beach and stop at the pool. The place does need a little updating, however, it had all the amenities. You can walk to restaurants and general store to pick up supplies and some groceries. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay.

"The host was great to work with and delivered easy communication. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. What a beautiful condo. The only issue that we had, was no towels in our condo and had to call on three different occasions to get them after being told each time someone was bringing them. But overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend and even stay here again.

"Very nice view of the Gulf and Bay side. Condo has everything you need for a delightful vacay. I would suggest owner update the kitchen cabinets, stove and second bathroom. Didn't affect our visit but would be a nice thing to do. Pool and hot tub didn't get too much use because of the weather but we'll be back again to use them again on a more regular basis. "The view from the top floor, middle of the complex was awesome, relaxing, gorgeous. The rooms were tastefully and comfortably decorated. The location was central for every place we wanted to go. The beds were just right to sleep all night listening to the waves. Our only concern in our beautiful master bathroom was the very low water pressure in the shower and sink. So we used the other bathroom shower and it was better. We would definitely stay here again and have told others about our excellent experience.

"The view is amazing!! You can see it as soon as you open the door. The condo is very nice and has a luxury feel to it as well, even the bed was nice and soft! Did I mention the view? Worth every penny. Condo is starting to show a little wear with paint and the stove probably needs replaced… but neither of those affected our trip. It was still amazing. "It's a nice location, close to places were interested in going. Wonderful view, like unbelievable. "We have been to South Padre Island many times but this is the first time we rented a condo. This year my sister and cousins came with us so we needed more space and this was the perfect choice. Staying somewhere on the beach was the most important thing for us and this condo was just that. The view from the balcony was one you can never get enough of. Everything we needed there and felt very comfortable. I would stay here again the next time I come to the island. The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful and made everything convenient for us.

"Our family of five had a magical stay at this condo on the beach! We had plenty of room to cook, dine, watch TV, play games, watch the sunrise from the balcony and enjoy our time together. We appreciated having a large, beautiful dining table that seated all five of us comfortably. And the high ceilings are a nice touch that make the condo feel more open and spacious. There were more than enough necessities available for our use, such as, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. Of course, the best part is being right on the beach! There's nothing more soothing and rejuvenating than being able to hear the ocean waves and look out at the ocean at any time during the day and night. Being on the fifth floor is perfect for an unforgettable view! It's a simple walk to the beach - no crossing streets or loading and unloading wet sandy bodies in the car. And the ease and convenience of being able to return to the condo whenever needed is a must for me with kids. We've stayed at other condos at South Padre for our yearly visits and this one was one of the best!

"I loved the view and the sailor theme in the unit. It is very convenient to be able to walk to the beach and back, there are many condos in the area but then you have to find a parking space and carry around your things. Definitely would rent again!

"Stayed in 504. Large, clean and neat. Comfortable furniture and beds. Tastefully appointed. Hard to beat location. Suited the needs of 2 adults and 2 teens quite well. A couple of electrical outlets didn't work in the front bedroom...not sure why. Check in is at an offsite location a couple blocks away. All went smoothly. Would have no problem staying there again.
