When the sun goes down, watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water as you watch the game on the large flat-screen TV or pop in a favorite movie on VHS or DVD.
Enjoy the beautiful quartz countertops and the stunning oak cabinets while exercising your culinary expertise in the fully equipped kitchen. Stock up the large 5-shelf pantry with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy a meal on the oceanfront-covered balcony as you take in the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, spot pelicans passing by, and savor the salty air kissing your face as it rushes by. "We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was a perfect location and suited our needs well. We came with our kids and grand kids for a fun family vacation. The condo was very clean and bright and comfortable. We had a small issue with the balcony door knob not opening from the inside and were worried our young grand daughter might be out there and we couldn’t open the door. We called and reported the problem and it was fixed quickly while we were down enjoying the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

"We had some family fun here! This was a wonderful place to stay in SPI! It was beautifully furnished and comfortable with an awesome view. The kitchen had everything we needed. "This was our 3rd vacation in this same condo unit, that's how much we love it! The management at Padre Island Rentals is fantastic. Excellent communication and responsiveness, making check-out completely painless. The "bang for the buck" with this unit is the best we've found on South Padre. The condo is very nicely furnished and maintained. It's one block walk from Blackbeard's Restaurant, which has been our favorite on the island since the 1980's. Theres' a beautiful beachfront view from the 4th floor balcony. It's a wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and restful place to get away. The only downside is when we have to leave!

"The condo was good overall. There were only 3 things: we couldn’t get the cable to work, there wasn’t much water pressure in the kitchen, and the cold faucet on the master bath sink was turned around and very hard to turn on and off. Other than those, we had a fantastic stay! The view was amazing, the pool was great, the location was perfect, and the beach access was so easy! We wanted to stay so much longer.

"The view is terrific and the reason why I booked the place. Kitchen is a bit out dated, but worked well and had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy with a friendly staff. Would stay again if back in the area.

"We spend a week each year at Suntide II and have rented various units. This is one of the nicest units we have rented. Also everything was well stocked for a week long visit.

"Our stay in Simeon's condo was superb. The cleanliness and the preparation for our stay were way beyond the ordinary. We will choose this condo for our future visits to South Padre Island. The view from the living room and master were fantastic and the pool and spa were perfect for an after beach swim. It really was convenient to walk just 3 minutes to Blackbeard's restaurant and bar.

"I have to give a huge shout out to Padre Island Rentals for making our beach trip outstanding! Our host was very professional, responsive, and thoughtful. The condo was perfect and close to the good stuff: the beach, bars, restaurants and the beach! The condo itself was really clean and it had everything we needed (cooking supplies, toiletries, etc). We loved the outstanding view of the beach and the ocean from the balcony & the bedroom, and it was nice to be able to use the heated pool & hot tub at night! You definitely need to stay here, you'll walk away feeling refreshed and full of peace. Can't wait to come back.

Comfy beds/furniture, amazing views, and easy beach access along with how fast and well our host, Simeon responded and took care of us before we arrived and while we stayed made for an awesome experience and we plan to return very soon.
