The main living area is bright and inviting, with five seats on the sleeper sofa and two plush armchairs. Kick back to watch the 40' flat-screen TV, or witness a breathtaking Gulf sunset on your expansive balcony.

Savor the at-home cooking experience in the granite kitchen with stocked white cabinetry, full-size appliances, and breakfast bar seating for three. Then, savor your home cooking at a sleek dining table set for six. The kitchen will be stocked with all your cooking supplies so you can prepare a great family meal.

When you are ready to call it a night, sleep comfortably in your ocean-view primary with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, 32-inch flat-screen TV, and ensuite with a glass shower.
Drift to sleep in the second bedroom with a queen bed, a mirrored closet, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Or rest up in the third bedroom, configured with one queen bed, twin bed, and a 19-inch flat-screen TV.

While you are away, you can still stay connected; the condo includes complimentary Wi-Fi. There is onsite coin-operated laundry and parking for one vehicle. "We visit every year with our family and rent three condos for the weekend. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. We had a great week. The only negative it that the wifi password never allowed us to connect.

"The condo has awesome sunrise views and sunset views from the front balcony. There aren't chairs out front but besides the sunsets, we didn't hang out front. The balcony is where we spent most of the time. The description says TV's in all rooms but the 3rd bedroom didn't have a TV and that is where the kids were so that was disappointing and the pans were getting old as food stuck bad but otherwise this was a great condo. The pool says heated and they mean it. It was awesome and the hot tub was warm. We will be back again

The room was nice the parking was bad only could park one vehicle on site and not golf cart on site for an 8 person rental

"The room was nice. We rented an 8-person condo could only park one vehicle on site. Also, could not park golf cart on site that we rented. At check in we were told we could park the vehicles at the check in place and put the parking sticker on our golf cart. When we got to the condo it stated no golf carts on site will be towed. Also had to drive to check in place that was 13 blocks away to get new towels. The pool claims to be heated but was not that warm.

"The location here is amazing! It is super close to good food and the beach. The hot tub and pool was very nice. The views and sound of the ocean when on the balcony is incredible. The kitchen has pots and pans, which is very convenient when cooking. Overall this is a great spot to take a vacation and relax.

"Excellent location with a beautiful balcony, and view of the beach. Very clean and comfortable location, all amenities and cookware necessary for a great stay are present. Beach access is fast and easy. The swimming pool is well cared for and really nice for a non-ocean swim. Our family had a great time here and we will return.

Perfect View, Perfect Everything

"Perfect location, perfect view from the long patio looking over the ocean. Spent so much time here watching the sun rise each morning. The view is the same from the master bedroom. Everything worked well in unit 401, easy in and out, Would definitely do it again. One tip: bring your own blankets (this was a December visit) for covering up on the patio in the morning. There were no blankets in the unit. We had 4 people in our group and we all agreed we would return and request the same unit next Christmas. Suntide II is close to everything on the island. Can't say enough good things about it.

"We were here for the month. We love the building and love the condo. There cleaning staff did a fabulous job getting it ready for us. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are wonderful. The master bed is extremely comfy. The kitchen is well stocked. My only suggestion is to clean the dining room chairs and maybe update the couch and loveseat. We had to constantly adjust pillows to get comfy. BUT we love it so much we booked it for next January!
