"While we had some hiccups out of the property’s control as WiFi outage and water out due to maintenance. Other items such as a slow drain in master bath, they were quick to reply and handle the issue. Any questions I had, it was easy to get in touch with the property. The views of the beach and the sound of the ocean was the reason why I chose this location. I was here working remotely and I was able to work on the balcony which was a HUGE plus! I would totally stay in this property again. It was my first visit to the island and I loved it! I am ready for a return visit.

"The condo is beautiful and comfortable which is hard to do. I wanted something that looked extravagant without the extravagant price and this fit perfectly. It was sparkling clean and looked just like the pictures. It would have been nice to have some basic food supplies in the kitchen (veg oil, condiments) but this could have been because we came during off season and they wanted to make sure no pests made a home of it, which was not too big of a deal. We grocery shopped at the Blue Marlin supermarket and General Dollar and used the free bus that shuttles around the island. I would highly recommended staying here!

"Amazing location right on the beach. The place was super spacious, clean, and full of modern amenities. The balcony was huge! It could fit like 20 people out there, no joke! "We had an incredible stay here for the week! The only issue we had was, some of the buttons on the keypad on our door did not work, so we weren't able to get in right away. "My best friend and I decided to stay in this condo for our yearly girls trip. Mainly because it was one level and you didn’t need to climb any stairs to get to the bedrooms. This condo is very nice, clean and modern. The bedrooms are spacious and loved that each bedroom has its own restroom. The beach view is beautiful and enjoyed sitting on the patio. The only negative was the water pressure in the kitchen sink. The water barely came out but the pressure in the showers and bathroom sinks were fine. I would definitely stay here again.

"My friend & I stayed here & enjoyed our stay. The primary bedroom window looks right out to the beach, lovely view. This condo is newly remodeled & the bathrooms are very big and nice. The bathrooms have double shower heads (awesome feature). The patio looks over the beach, perfect for enjoying coffee in the mornings. It is clean & close to the beach. The only issue we experienced was the sound of running water coming from the bathrooms at all times. We didn’t contact the host as it was a minor issue. Everything else was great. Easy to access location a few minutes from the bridge and restaurants.

"What a beautiful condo!! We had everything we needed and so nicely decorated. The sofas were so comfortable, as were the beds! Close to the beach with easy access to umbrellas and chairs. "The condo was spacious, clean and beachfront as described. We did request an early check in and were told we would receive a call when condo was ready but we never did. "Would give five stars because the property itself is wonderful. Beds are both king size, both bdr have own large bathrooms, essentials in kitchen are there. Two coffee makers - one is a kuerig. Pool is on smaller side but a nice temperature and the hot tub is also small but place wasn't too crowded when we were there. Reason for only 4 stars is we received a phone call while traveling day of arrival that there was balcony construction and we wouldn't have use of the balcony for a few days. We were offered an "upgrade" of a 3 bdr - that had no balcony and no view of the ocean. As there were only 4 of us the 3 bdr was not an upgrade for us and we originally searched and paid the extra $$ for the balcony and the view -- reason we went down there ---We chose to remain in this condo. The living room and one bedroom does have windows facing the ocean. The balcony railing was off and the door to the balcony blocked off. The balcony was fully repaired by our third day there - out of 5 - but there was ongoing construction and noise. I wish the rental company would have informed us way earlier of the situation and given us the option of finding another location.

"Check-in was super simple and the staff were really friendly! The property was quiet and relaxing. The hot tub and heated pool was great for our late December getaway! Beach access is right there and you can’t beat waking up to that view! Would recommend!

"Contemporary, clean and unobtrusive interior design. Very welcoming and relaxing. The balcony provided our favorite place to watch the sunrise and sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed this much need time away from our very busy schedules. Leaving very refreshed and blessed!

"We had a wonderful time, the condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. There was plenty enough coffee, dishwasher tablets and trash bags were provided. It was so nice we didn’t have to go out and buy more supplies, such a bonus. There were plenty of places within walking distance to eat. The view was so beautiful. We would love to stay in this condo again.

"The condo is very nicely decorated, it had every comfort we needed. We felt right at home. I chose it for the view of the water and it didn’t disappoint. Important note: The complex is serious about parking. Someone in our group had their car towed for parking near the dumpsters for about an hour, thinking it was open for guests. Oops!

"Pleasantly, this place was just as displayed in the pictures. It was very clean, updated furnishings and decor. The beds were amazingly comfortable! Just as described and more. My husband and I traveled with our 18 year old son. Out of the 4 places we stayed during our trip to Texas, this was by far the best. It was great having not only two bedrooms, but he had his own bathroom as well. The ocean views were nothing less than spectacular, and getting to it was a simple short walk. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo!!

"Excellent location! Gorgeous condo. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom wouldn't work, would be nice to have a towel bar or towel hooks for hanging towels to dry in master bathroom. Temperature in the condo over night was some how higher when we woke up than it was set when we went to bed.

"We had 4 adults on this trip to South Padre Island. The 2 rooms are set up like 2 master suites. The main master ceiling fan doesn’t work, so it will need maintenance to fix that. A fan would help to keep the room cooler at night. The AC is a “nest” system, so we contacted the managing host in order to have the owner unlock the system so we could set it at what temp we needed, and keep it there. The kitchen has all the things you need. Quick and easy beach access. We enjoyed our stay! Parking was easy, but when bringing more than 1 car they only allow 1 parking pass. Any other guest you have to visit will have to use the public parking across the street from Suntide II, which worked out great. Bring extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap if staying more than a weekend. I would definitely rate this condo 5 stars. Everything was great! We'd definitely come back! Oh, beds were comfy! Small condo complex and great beach location! Close to eating places and small grocery store which worked out great for us!!

"This is a great modern Condo it is literally right on the Gulf. I would totally rent this location again it was just perfect for our short Mini get away. We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay and enjoy a great ocean view.

"This condo was beautiful and very well done! My daughter who is 8 wanted to sell our house and move right in. I wholeheartedly agreed with her. Clean, tastefully decorated, and finished. A little older condo building but the updates in this particular condo were amazing. We enjoyed being on the beach and the smaller building. The other residents were very friendly. My children appreciated the heated pool as well! Thank you, we hope to come again.

"This condo is just as pictured!!! It is beautifully remodeled with high quality finishes. It is VERY spacious and right on the gulf. Our interactions with from booking to leaving were 5 stars.
