Enjoy a piece of paradise at Suntide ll Condominium Community, Unit 206, your home away from home. This charming, newly remodeled tropical-themed condo is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.

Large windows bathe the living room with sunlight. Relax on the comfy couches while reading a favorite book. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down after you watch the game on the large flat-screen TV.

Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops. Stock up the large pantry with your favorite foods. The dining area comfortably seats 6 guests. There is a barbecue area on the first floor to assist the pitmaster in the group.

Enjoy a meal on the oceanfront covered balcony as you take in the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, spot pelicans passing by, and savor the salty air kissing your face as it rushes by. In the afternoon, sit back and enjoy a refreshing, cool beverage as you watch the ocean waves dance back and forth along the shoreline.

The primary suite has a king-size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise through large floor-to-ceiling windows while snug beneath the covers. Wind down at the end of the day with a favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Pamper yourself in the primary ensuite, featuring a beautiful walk-in tile shower with sliding glass doors, a large marble vanity, and a spacious walk-in closet.

The inviting guest bedroom features two full-size beds to ensure a restful sleep. Additional amenities include a three-drawer dresser, a flat-screen TV, and a small walk-in closet. Freshen up in the attached guest bathroom, which features a tub/shower combo, a five-shelf linen closet, a large marble vanity, and plenty of drawers to store toiletries.

The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Enjoy a thrilling tennis game at the court above the parking lot. Lounge by the pool or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy direct ocean access to the beach; if you so choose, stop for a game of sand volleyball.

Awesome Beach Condo, Relaxing and Clean

"We really enjoyed the views from this condo! 2nd floor was high enough to hear the waves and see the ocean over the ground cover. I was worried about that but shouldn't have been. View was great! The beach is actually closer than the pictures show. Easy trek down and back. Condo is not right over the pool, which for us was a good thing. And BTW, they kept that pool sparkling clean every day we were there! Tennis court is right there too if you play tennis. Condo itself was in good shape. Coffee filters were in the brown paper bag on the counter left for renters. It took us a minute to realize that's where they were, lol. Maybe add a saucepan or new large skillet , but it's vacation, who cares! The price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again! MEATBALL CAFE was really good! We ate there twice.

"This perfect location made our annual trip to South Padre a trip to remember! The condo was spacious and nicely furnished. It was adequately stocked with everything you need. Easy access to the pool and it was just a very short 1 minute walk to the beach with direct access behind the building. There was construction on the balconies of the building so we couldn’t sit outside on our unit’s balcony. However, being so close to the beach (really a short stone’s throw away) the balcony was not a necessity for us since we were out at the beach all day. I cannot say enough good things about this unit and location! We will be booking again next year! Thank you for allowing us into your lovely home.

"Check in was easy. I had to work a few days and having the wifi was amazing. I am so thankful I did not have any issues. The kids loved the decorations. Having the washer and dryer close to the room was convenient! We would definitely book again.

The beach is super super close

"The check in process is very smooth! The beach is super super close so we were able to walk back and forth from the beach for lunch. "The condo is located on the second floor with perfect views of the ocean. Perfect place to take a walk/ jog in the morning along the shoreline or just have a morning cup of coffee. Puzzles, books, & TV’s are in both living area and bedrooms. The towel service is a great feature; it’s stocked, however you can take your used towels to exchange for new should the need arise. The kitchen has all the utensils necessary for cooking, we cooked breakfast daily with no issues. It was supplied with dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pods. There was even coffee and filters, ready for your morning cup. No keys to lose, the door is a keypad lock. The condo is very clean and the beds are comfy. I look forward to returning, hopefully for a longer visit, 4 days was not enough!

"Absolutely loved this condo...we have rented several different condos on the island in the past 30 years and this condo was definitely one of the nicest. The view was great and everything was very convenient to get to as far a location on the island. I was impressed with all of the condo furniture/amenities and especially the kitchen had a lot of extra things that other condos don't typically offer like many more cooking pots and pans.

Perfect place to make great family memories

"This condominium truly has everything you could ask for in a great place to stay on S Padre Island. Checking in was very easy and the Property management team were friendly and helpful. When we first opened the front door and looked in, everyone in our group said WOW as we could see the beautiful ocean view. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you can imagine and we cooked breakfasts and dinner meals to enjoy. Of course, food always tastes better at the beach. There is a great selection of books to read, and plenty of TV channels to watch if you ever tire of watching the waves roll in. The master bed is comfy and the view from the bed is great. Nice walk in shower and plenty of hot water. All equipment was working well and the rooms were nice and cool all day and at bed time. Nice living room for family hang out time and the patio is large and a superb location to enjoy a morning coffee and watch the surf. I have been visiting S Padre Island for over 30 years and this condo unit is the best place I have stayed. The owners are friendly and so are the Suntide 2 staff. The pool is clean and very nice and the jacuzzi hot tub next to the pool is excellent. Very peaceful place and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful week.

"The building itself is well kept with a great beach and pool. The condo is well equipped with everything’s you need for the “great vacation”. The space is clean and well maintained. The owners worked with us as we had last minute changes to our schedule, they went out of their way to make our stay as great as it could be ...and it was. So thank you Rick and Toni for helping us have a great vacation!! Just FYI this place may just have the best blender on the planet...lol...not exaggerating! Repeat Winter Texas

"My 2 month stay in 2018 was the 4th season that I’ve wintered in Texas. All 4 seasons I’ve had the opportunity to stay at Rick and Toni’s unit. This stay was like the previous 3 years-outstanding! The condo is always clean and the kitchen has all of the supplies needed to make the stay feel like home. Rick and Toni, along with the management teams, go above and beyond to assure that my stay is a great one! The pool and hot tub were in excellent shape from a tempature standpoint, only adding to a most enjoyable stay. And the view-what more could you ask for. Looking forward to the 2019 Winter Texan season!
