Natural light warms the living room. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. Listen to music with the multi-disc CD and tape player as you savor time spent with family and friends. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down as you watch the game on the large flat-screen TV.
The primary suite features a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for enjoying the exquisite sunrise while snug beneath the covers. Wind down at the end of the day with a favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The primary ensuite has a beautiful granite vanity, a gorgeous tile shower with a safety bar for those needing extra support, and a large walk-in closet with shelving for extra storage.

"Ocean view was fabulous! Unit was clean, could use some new faucets. Build up on faucets made them difficult to turn. Water pressure was minimal. Otherwise this was a great place for our family of 5 to stay for spring break!!!!!

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Suntide II! The location was unbeatable right on the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The condo was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Kitchen was as well stocked with kitchenware. The only things we thought could make the stay even better would be providing a few pool or beach toys for guests and having beach towels available. Other than that, everything was great. "The condo has beautiful views and is in a centralized location! Highlights: balcony ocean views, VERY comfortable beds, quiet unit- we never heard any outside noise while resting or sleeping. "This condo was very clean and had a wonderful view of the beach & surf. The master bed was comfortable and we didn’t need to take a giant leap to get onto the bed. Overall there was a decent supplied kitchen. But we rarely ate there other than breakfast. Minimal towels, but we don’t mind using a bath towel more than once. We were thankful for the elevator. October was a good time to visit since the traffic wasn’t terrible on the main drag. We would stay again. One suggestion: soap dishes by the bathroom sinks.

"We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very clean and comfortable. It was well appointed with what we needed to cook and prepare meals as far as cookware is concerned. The views were the best part of this unit and we really enjoyed watching the kids at the beach and play beach volleyball. The sand volleyball court is right in front of the balcony and there are plenty of seats for a family of five to all sit and enjoy the view. There is no in condo laundry, however the laundry room is steps away from the door to the unit and it was convenient to do a few loads via an app. It is $3.75 to wash and to dry. The app lets you know when the load is ready. They had plenty of towels. The sheeting was very nice in the beds, but if you get chilly I would recommend bringing your own blanket for the bed. They also had a tennis court right outside the doors of this unit to the left and the kids enjoyed playing tennis. If you like to play- take your racquet and some balls.
We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again next year.

"Condo was clean and well outfitted. Back door was broken and difficult to close/lock. Was told in the amenities described for the unit that it had a blow dryer. Upon arriving and discovering that it did not, I called the company and they advised that a blow dryer would be delivered next day... Never saw it so I purchased one at the local Walmart. There was a lot of construction on the balconies near/over the pool which made it loud and difficult to use the pool as much as we would have liked.
Overall, the unit was clean, the beds comfortable, and the view spectacular with very easy beach access. We did have issues keeping the unit cool enough for our liking, but would definitely stay there again!

"Overall the location was great, condo was clean. However, the units next to us were under construction and concrete dust was blowing all over our porch. "We had a great time! The kitchen had some dated appliances, but were clean. We appreciated the beach chairs!
My suggestions? More washcloths in the bathrooms. Although we could have gone to the linen service but were ok to just reuse our towels. There was NO CORKSCREW & ONLY ONE WINEGLASS, need more! The patio furniture needs replaced.

"We were moved to this property because of some construction at the original condo we booked. "This unit (Suntide II 203) is exactly as it appears in the photos. It’s an older building, but #203 is well kept and very comfortable. It was fully outfitted with everything we needed, and in an excellent location convenient to everything on the island. It’s a short walk to many restaurants and shops. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 - actually very roomy, with great closet space! Comfortable beds, plenty of cookware and even a Keurig! The very best part is the balcony! The ocean/beach view is superb. Every minute we weren’t actually on the beach, we were on the balcony looking at the beach! Great pool area and well kept walkways to the beach area, too. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely rent it again! Our thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us!

"Perfect location! Great gulf views from the condo. Blackbeards was our favorite eating spot and was only a 2 minute walk to the end of block. Dollar general also at end of block for staple food items. All kitchen items needed for basic cooking are stocked in condo. Pool area was small but clean and was used frequently by my 6 year old during 2 days of very strong winds. Check-in was easy although you have to go to the management company first which is a mile away. If you took the free shuttle to the island, it could be a bit of a hassle with luggage to do this. We paid privately for a seperate taxi shuttle so they waited while I checked in and then brought us to the condo. We skipped renting a car. The free island shuttle passes the condo every 30 mins or less and drops you off wherever you need to go. A few fun activities we did: Sea Turtle inc., was enjoyed by all ages in my family. Black Dragon Pirate Cruise, an excursion my 6 year old son will remember forever. And I can't forget to give a huge high five to Skydive South Padre for an awesome 2nd jump. Would recommend for all you adventure/thrill seekers. Would recommend this condo. Comfortable, great views and convenient location. Would definitely return!
