Enjoy a piece of paradise at Soleil 01, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is in a great location, offers guests close access to the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches. This comfortable condo has all the comforts of home, the perfect place for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.
Start your day enjoying a cup of coffee on the private patio as the morning sunlight warms your skin and the sea breeze kisses your face as it passes by. After breakfast, take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline. In the afternoon, lounge by the swimming pool, as you attain a sun kissed glow. In the evening, take a stroll along Padre Blvd to enjoy the nightlife.
Natural light warms the living room. The open room is a great space for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. In the afternoon take a break to enjoy a snack while lounging on the comfy couch. In the evening put your feet up on one of four personal sized ottomans while you watch a DVD or VHS on the adjustable mounted flat screen TV.
Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances as you exercise your culinary expertise to prepare your favorite meals. Dining table seats 6 guests comfortably, 2 additional seats at breakfast bar.
The roomy primary bedroom is the perfect place to take a break from your fun filled day. Rest on the comfortable king size bed or lounge on the cushy couch at the foot of the bed while you watch a show on the large mounted flat screen TV. Offers ample storage for your belongings in the bedside tables, multi-drawer dresser, and small walk-in closet. Can access the unfurnished patio through the French doors.
Pamper yourself in the attached bathroom, has a beautiful granite vanity with storage space below and above toilet for personal belongings. The beautiful tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat is welcoming at the end of the day to rinse off the salty sand from a fantastic day at the beach.
The guest bedroom has two queen-sized beds, to ensure a restful night of sleep. Has space to store belongings in the 3-drawer bedside table and large closet. Guests staying in this room will enjoy having a mounted flat screen TV. In the morning freshen up in the roomy guest bathroom with a beautiful marble vanity with storage below for toiletries. Features a tiled tub/shower combo, great for soaking in a hot bubble bath to relax your tired muscles at the end of a fun filled day.
The fenced backyard adorned in tropical foliage is shared with the other seven units in the fourplex buildings. Lounge chairs surround the sparkling pool to assist in attaining a sun kissed glow while you lie back and take in the sea breeze. Missing the sand between your toes, the beach is a short walk away across the street.
If you decide to leave Soleil 01 Condominium for a bite to eat or to explore shops, you are a short walk away from the main street, Padre Blvd. There are several great restaurants at reasonable prices. Locals love Manual's (cash only & closed on Monday) or Cafe Isabel for breakfast and Marcello's, Pirate's Landing or Dirty Al's for lunch or dinner. To experience adventures further along the island, take advantage of the city's free transportation on The Island Metro. See the Island Metro Schedule here. On the north side of the island, experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe a variety of bird species and alligators at South Padre Island World Birding Center. A few more miles north is the Island Adventure Park for horseback riding and zip lining over the dunes. Heading south is Isla Blanca Beach Waterpark with both outdoor and indoor water features and rides. Osprey Cruises and Isla Tours offer adventures out on the Bay, including dolphin spotting and parasailing. Come play with us on South Padre Island!
POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
