Our guests love this elegant and tranquil five-story beachfront hideaway. The swimming pool is tucked into the sheltered courtyard, and the Jacuzzi sits on the beachside with an uninterrupted view. The 2 bedroom is approximately 1100 square feet with a fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities: Heated swimming pool, hot tub, cable TV, elevator, security code entry, and assigned parking. Only gas and electric grilling is allowed on the property; charcoal is prohibited.
POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

"Condo has ocean front views. It accommodated 2 adults and 3 children nicely and we didn't feel cramped at all.
Very short walk to beach. We ended up extending our stay we enjoyed it so much. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

"This was our first visit to SPI and we were not disappointed! The unit was perfectly located to everything! It was a very clean, the complex was quiet and we had an amazing view. The unit was better than the photos and the bed was comfortable. We were skeptical of the checkin process being that it was different than a typical AirBnB, but everyone at the guest center was friendly, quick and helpful. They even delivered a box fan to the unit when we requested one. We would love to return when we come back to SPI!

Awesome Oceanfront Views and beach access

"Greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo and will rent again. The property is beach facing and has amazing views of the ocean, sunrise from the master bedroom/living room. The beach is easily accessible from the parking lot. Condo is located in a very safe gated building with assigned parking spot. Kitchen and master bath were nicely renovated. Quick access to nearby restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Check in and towel exchange (11am-3pm) was in a separate location (5 minute drive) and was a minor inconvenience. Overall our family had a great time and can't wait to visit again.
