Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

"We would definitely stay here again! It was within walking distance to the beach. The place was cozy and comfortable. My kids loved it and had a blast in the pool. The only problem we had, was the front outside light did not work. Overall is a great place.

"The condo was impeccable, and it boasts an excellent location which is very close to the beach (a two-minute walk), restaurants, and other shops. "This condo was a perfect spot to stay at the island. The weather was unfortunately not that great, there was strong winds and heavy rain. We decided to stay and just make the best of it!! Our host kept in touch with us throughout our trip and made our experience a lot better. Everything was exceptionally clean, bedrooms were neat, and the whole place was just awesome!! Beach was walking distance and many great food locations near by! Will definitely be staying here in the future!

"Stayed there for a week with my 3 children, ages 22, 18 and 15. There was plenty of room for all! The condo is near the beach and walkable to a variety of shopping and restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as stated. We loved it there and would definetly stay again.
