"Our daughter and her family stay here every year. We wanted to have a family get together to celebrate her graduation and the choice was easy. Without hesitation, she wanted to stay here again.
I absolutely can see why. This place is perfect! The location, the grounds, the condo itself and all of its amenities make for a wonderful vacation. The unit was very clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The HVAC worked flawlessly and the water was hot! Not much more I can say except for I highly recommend that you book this unit.
An added bonus is that you can see the Space-X launch tower from the condo but the park which has a great view of launches is only a 5 minute drive away. Check the launch schedule before your stay so you don't miss a unique opportunity!

FYI: there is a Keurig attached to a coffee pot. The Keurig pods works great the pot doesn’t, but they have another stand alone pot you can use.

"This is a great condo at a fun resort. I normally do not like renting from a larger rental company however this one gave me some confidence in them. The coffee machine broke and it was one call and they dropped off a new one. If you need refilled supplies just go to the place about 2 miles away and grab them. We had nice beach towels in the room. We had others in our extended group with not the same level of care. The part I loved the most, after being in a place for a week, you can never plan out food perfectly and will always have extra. Here they wanted you to leave it behind and you know it will be used by some families in the community and not just tossed out! I will say this place won’t be for everyone but if you are looking for 5 star resort feel that you would get in a fancy resort town in FL it is not you. But if you want a place to enjoy your family and not worry about getting sand on the floor then this is your place!

Spring Break getaway

"Saida Towers is so convenient and has nice views. We have stayed on this property several times, but only during summer, this is our first time during spring break. During spring break there were a lot of young high school to college age so lots of partying, so we will probably never come back during that time. But summer time you can’t go wrong! This is one of my favorite properties to stay at! Only this is the resort next to it, Isla grand had a pool party / concert/dj every night until 2am that was so loud our room was thumping. Not sure if this is again just during spring break, but if you don’t want to hear that every night until 2am you might not be happy with this beautiful property. The plus side during spring break, temps were not ideal for beach but was so nice to have the heated pools and hot tubs which is where we spent most of our time. Overall we do love this property, it is always so nicely maintained and the convenience is awesome. It is a great place for families with children of all ages. If you decide to go during spring break it seems this property was the best one for less nonsense with the spring breakers from what we saw.

"Million dollar view! The patio is amazing. The condo has everything you need and is really nice, nice paint, nice furniture, definitely one of the nicest we've stayed in at this complex, much more updated. "We love visiting South Padre Island and had a great time at this amazing condo. The views were gorgeous and the weather was perfect. Everything we needed was provided (except a few things like wine bottle opener and pot holders) and available for us to use. The location was great, being just a few minutes away from everything you need. My family had a wonderful time and we will be back!!!

"Other than the Ice maker not working and having to buy ice everyday, and one of the elevators was out of order, our stay was very nice and enjoyable.
The view from the 9th floor is amazing. Will be coming back.

"The Saida IV condo,s were fantastic! They were clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything my family and friends needed to enjoy our stay. Our room had an excellent big balcony with the perfect views of the beach. I would definitely recommend this place. My husband and I are making it a point to go back to South Padre Island every year.

"This condo has a view to te beach that is perfect. The property is not new but was very confortable, clean beads, bathrooms, the kitchen pretty much has everything needed. The air conditioner is very efficient, specially when you are coming from the hot sun, it’s great to have a cold place to go. South Padre Island is one of my favorite beaches and the location of Saida complex is excellent, easy access to everything. The beach and the ocean are incredible, definitely we will return in the near future

9th Floor Paradise!

"You can see the whole island - for miles, from the 9th floor. Too cool. The Padre Island Rentals host contacted me right away after we booked with all the information we needed. We checked-in was fast and easy at the management company, the drive to the condo was close and it had secure parking. The condo is way bigger and better than even the pictures can show and we were pleasantly surprised. Comfy beds, big balcony, perfect vacation. The beach is closer than it looks in the pictures, it was maybe 5 minutes at most from our door to the water. It was cool out but one of the 3 pools was heated so we still got to enjoy the amenities. Our host messaged us after check-out and made us feel even better about staying here and booking with the company. If I could give more than 5 stars I would cause he was a fantastic host and I learned a lot from him on how I can make a few changes to be a better host myself. We come down 4 or more times a year from central Texas and this is our go-to rental company. Never dissapoints.

"Wonderful view!!!Q It is on the top floor so wake up early and see the sun come up. The breeze and sounds of the tides rolling in at night was completely breathtaking. Comfortable beds, nice TVs. We didn't want to leave. We very highly recommend staying here!

"AMAZING ocean views!! Large open space with quick access to the beach. The space was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Large dinning table inside and even outside on the big patio. Pools and outdoor areas were well maintained and clean. Great place for a good time!

"When I visit Padre Island again definitely renting from PIRentals! Very easy renting and check in/out. Staff is friendly. Saida IV 901 is absolutely beautiful. Condo is very nice and comfortable! Best of all the condo and beach is pet friendly! The view is absolutely amazing from this condo. I would definitely choose this particular condo again.

"Wonderful view from the large balcony! We enjoyed relaxing and feeling the breeze off of the ocean. The choice of 3 pools was a plus and we even played some tennis. Quick access to the beach and helpful staff that rented and set up umbrellas was nice. I left my sunscreen and float cover at the pool one night and was greatly surprised to find that the staff had set it neatly on a lounger when they cleaned up the next morning! We will be back again.

"The room was better than we expected. This was our first time. My parents came with my family and it was perfect. The view was amazing. The balcony had a wonderful breeze.
