You won't get enough of the stunning ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. You'll love the beachfront swimming pools, spas, and private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach.
Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront furnished balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. After breakfast, take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink while you sit back to read a good book and listen to the soothing ocean waves.
Natural light brightens this condo's living and dining rooms through floor-to-ceiling windows, making it an excellent space for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Enjoy the tropical and ocean views while lounging comfortably in an armchair or couch, doubling as a sofa sleeper. Put your feet up in the evening as you unwind from a fun-filled day to enjoy a movie on the DVD player and large flat-screen TV.
Enjoy the roomy kitchen with generous counter space as you whip up your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Fill the pantry shelves with your favorite snacks. The dining table comfortably seats 4 guests, and there are 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. During your stay, savor a meal alfresco on the furnished balcony as you slow down and reconnect with loved ones who matter most.
Wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico in the sizeable primary bedroom while snug beneath the covers of the king-size bed. The bedside tables, multi-drawer dresser, and closet offer ample storage. In the evening, as you settle into sleep, watch a show on the flat-screen TV before drifting off to sleep.
Pamper yourself in the primary ensuite with a sleek vanity with double sinks and storage below for toiletries. The shower is welcoming to rinse off the salty sand from a great day at the beach.
The guest bedroom boasts two queen-size beds to ensure a restful sleep. The bedside table, double-drawer dresser, and closet offer storage for belongings. Take a break in the afternoon to rest while watching a show on the flat-screen TV. Freshen up in the guest bathroom, featuring a sleek vanity with storage below for toiletries. Enjoy a hot bubble bath in the tub/shower combo to soak your tired muscles at the end of a fabulous day.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
- We strictly enforce guest capacity.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island License Number is 2023-0656.

The triple sheeting bedding we use, we started largely because of cleanliness. During Covid, many vacation rentals and hotels adapted this method to ensure the entire bedding set would be thoroughly cleaned between guests. Heavy comforters can be cumbersome and more difficult to clean. This way we can ensure a fresh, sanitized bed to welcome our guests. We love hearing you enjoyed your stay, we welcome you back anytime!
