Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

"Wonderful Stay, Almost Perfect!
The apartment was in excellent condition and truly felt like a home away from home. The location is phenomenal, and the amenities are unbeatable—especially the well-maintained, upgraded kitchen that’s fully stocked with everything you need to prepare breakfast or a full meal.
We’ve been staying at various Saida and Sapphire units for the past 15–20 years, and this one definitely ranks high on our list. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 out of 5 is that there was no washer and dryer in the unit. That was a surprise, as every unit we've stayed in before has had one, and it's a must for a beach weekend.

"I was pleasantly pleased that the pictures on the website were exactly the same as the condo! Everything we needed was supplied in the condo. We all were very comfortable and felt like we were in our own home. There was plenty of room so that we didn’t have to feel as though we were on top of each other. There was only 1 issue with the spare room not having a fan remote- as soon as we notified the office a staff member was at our door with a remote. We all enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the 3 pools. The Whiskey Shack’s bartender Scott was exceptional! He made us feel welcomed each day and handled our requests with no problem. We will be back again to Saida Towers!

"I am very rarely blown away by Airbnb listings. However, this place was exactly as listed and then some. All the stops were pulled out! Need to squeeze your fruit? They had a tool for that. Wanted a smoothie? They had a gadget for that. Had a spill and needed a quick clean up? There was a handheld vacuum for that. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were a good size and layout. Kitchen table was perfect for game night. The space was incredibly inviting and made us feel like we were home away from home. We will definitely be back.

"Overall this was excellent! The actual room fees were reasonable but when airbnb fees are added on top of that it gets pricey! HOWEVER, it was super clean and well appointed! "This is a very nice place. It was exactly as described on the site. Decorated very well. Great balcony for relaxing and watching the waves roll in. The Wi-Fi worked quite well. Only minor issue was lack of filters for coffee maker and no trash can in the kitchen. But it was nothing we couldn’t overcome with a little ingenuity. Would gladly return.

"The condo is in a good location, good view of the gulf, and overlooking the pools and tennis courts. Property at Saida

"The condo was amazing. It was so nice, and well equipped. I was there a few hours early, and although it was clear the cleaning had already been completed, they refused to let me in. It seems to me staying for a week that this could have been arranged through south Padre Island Rentals. The pools are bath water so would be good to circulate some water throughout the day. Otherwise, such a great place to be with many amenities and great location.
