This luxurious condo is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island. Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront furnished balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink while you sit back to devour a good book and listen to the soothing ocean waves. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down.
The spacious living and dining rooms are perfect for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Natural light warms the large room. Enjoy the ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging on the large, comfy couches. Put your feet up in the evening while watching a movie on the flat-screen TV.
Enjoy the gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances as you whip up delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen with a large cupboard to fill up with your favorite foods. The kitchen table comfortably seats 6 guests, and the breakfast bar offers 4 additional seats. During your stay, savor a meal alfresco on the balcony, offering incredible ocean views, as you take time to slow down and reconnect with loved ones who matter the most in your life.
In the primary bedroom, wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico while snug beneath the covers of the comfortable king-size bed. The room offers ample storage for belongings in 2-drawer bedside tables, a 7-drawer dresser, and a closet. In the afternoon, take a break from your fun-filled day to read a book in the sitting area or watch a show on the mounted flat-screen TV—stacked washer & dryer tucked away in the corner. Unit 503 is one of the few condos in Saida Towers with a washer and dryer.
Pamper yourself in the luxurious primary ensuite. It has a beautiful granite vanity with double sinks and plenty of storage space below for toiletries. Relax your muscles with a hot shower in the tiled walk-in shower at the end of a fabulous day.
The spacious guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds to ensure a restful night of sleep after a busy day exploring South Padre Island. It is an excellent room for couples or kids to share. The room has two 2-drawer nightstands, a 6-drawer dresser, and a small walk-in closet to store personal belongings. Watch a show on the mounted TV in the evening to unwind from the day.
The large guest bathroom has a striking granite vanity with storage space below for toiletries. It also offers a beautiful tiled tub/shower with sliding glass doors.
WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
- The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
- Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
- Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
- Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
- The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
- The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
