The spacious living and dining rooms are perfect for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Sunlight warms the large room. Continue to enjoy the views of the ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the soft couch. Put your feet up in the evening while watching a movie on the mounted Smart TV. There is no need to bring DVDs or additional devices for entertainment; you can log into your Netflix or Amazon account on the Smart TV in each room.

In the afternoon, take a break from your fun-filled day to watch a show on Smart TV. The room offers ample storage in the bedside tables, wardrobe, and closet. Pamper yourself in the primary ensuite with dual sinks and storage for toiletries below each vanity and drawers between vanities. Enjoy a hot shower to rinse off the salty sand and relax your muscles from a fun day at the beach.

The inviting guest bedroom boasts two queen-size beds to ensure a restful sleep. It's the perfect spot to sneak away in the afternoon to devour a good book or nap. The room has a Smart TV and a 7-drawer dresser to store personal belongings. Enjoy the tropical views through the windows from the comfort of an air-conditioned room.
The roomy guest bathroom has a beautiful, sleek vanity. Guests can store personal belongings in the cupboard space below. The tiled tub/shower combo is excellent for taking a hot bubble bath and having a little self-care at the end of a fabulous day.

Saida Unit 501 is equipped with a keyless entry lock system. While you enjoy paradise, you won't have to worry about losing the keys while lounging by the pool, enjoying the surf, or keeping track of who has the keys in the group. Your group will be given a new code that will not be reused. All codes expire after each group's visit for added safety and security.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
- We strictly enforce guest capacity.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.

"Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space and the view off the balcony of the ocean is nice. They have a linen exchange which we never had to use since there were ample towels in the two bathrooms. The deck is awesome and huge. The kitchen is fully stocked. The showers worked great with nice water pressure. Very close to the beach and pools compared to some other units.

"Nice unit. It is a little dated but has a great view of the ocean and has two pools. The condo is in a good location right after crossing the QI Causeway. There are a few close restaurants within walking distance of the front gate. The time we spent in the unit we spent out on the balcony enjoying the ocean view.

"This unit was perfect! There was plenty of space to spread out, it was very clean, the beds are comfy, the perfect balcony, great kitchen, nice open feel.. I can't say enough good. The property itself is so big and understandably has the wear and tear of being right on the beach, but everything was clean. It was nice to have a little pool side bar. The pools were warm, but it is Texas so I'm not sure how that could be avoided. The beach access was perfect. We will for sure try to get this exact unit when we come back. It was great!

"This is a great condo. We had everything we needed and the location is great with ocean views. There is a nice big patio with grill. This was our family summer vaca and we had great week despite tropical storm Alberto. The storm didn't slow us down and we enjoyed the bigger than usual ocean waves. My kids had a blast! "Overall I thought this Condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The pools were great and we enjoyed the Tiki Bar. This condo was clean, plenty of towels were provided. There was only one extra blanket. There should be more blankets for a Condo that sleeps 6. It would be nice if beach towels were provided. The washer/dryer taking so long was weird but we followed the instructions and put our load in and went to bed and then in the morning everything was done. It was actually nice to not have to move the load to the dryer.

"The unit is only steps away from the beach and a full on ocean view. It is in a great location and views were perfect. The unit was just as advertised, it came clean and beautiful. My only complaint was how long the cycle was on the washer/dryer. A stackable washer and dryer would have been much better. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

"LOVE this unit! Have stayed here before and it is excellent--roomy, airy, spotlessly clean. The beds and sofas are very comfortable. The balcony is exceptionally nice with a big table and plenty of Adirondack chairs. We had relatives staying down the hall and we spent lots of enjoyable times out there. There is also a mesh around the bottom of the railing which we really appreciated because it provided security for our tiny Chihuahua. I highly recommend this unit!

"We’ve stayed at Saida Towers five times, and always enjoyed it. This was our first time in this condo and while the view was beautiful, the room was clean and well-stocked, the grounds are well-maintained and the pools and hot tubs are great, we won’t choose this condo again. The combination washer-dryer was a joke. The clothes weren’t dry even after the wash/dry cycle and an additional three hours of drying. We ended up using the very expensive washer and dryers located by the elevator. The living room furniture was uncomfortable, and this is the first place we’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have even a single lounger..

Good views and spacious

"Corner condo. Good views and spacious for 5 of us. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had utensils and supplies for cooking. Do not remember seeing anything about a washer/dryer. Heard condo building had laundry facilities but wasn’t sure. Grounds and pools were kept clean. Able to have my small dog. Appreciated poop bags on the grounds.

Wonderful condo in SPI

"This condo has everything you need for a great time in SPI. Location is great plus it is a gated community with hot tubs, pools and tennis courts. The condo is nicely updated with a gas grill and everything you need in the kitchen. The washer/dryer combo was great to have too. It’s roomy and has a big shower in the master and a good second bath. Would definitely stay here again.

Good accomodations

"Enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view and beach access was great. There are a few nits and nats that I need to bring to the Property manager that would make the stay a 5 vs a 4. The kitchen was plagued by sugar ants that seem to come out of the electrical receptacles. We used our Clorox spray to keep them at bay. Vacuum cleaner was plugged and spewed foul air back into the condo. We swept the floors but no dust pan to be found. Oven vented steam or smoke thru the left side of the stove control panel. No pot holders. No glass cleaner for glass dinning table top. And the pantry door knob came off when we first open the pantry door. A little bit of glue will fix that.

"My group stayed here for our Spring Break and really enjoyed our time there. The condo had everything we could need, along with many pools and hot tubs, and a very short walk to the beach. Would recommend to anyone especially if you have a large group!

"The perfect host. He was prompt with inquiries, provided tips, and checked with us periodically. He even let us know we could relax and not worry about cleaning upon check out. The condo exceeded the expectations from the pictures. The view was great! It was equipped with many conveniences such as detergent, ample soft towels, full cooking equipment with spices, Roku in every room, extra pillows and blankets, and so much more. Check in and out was a breeze. Security was ample throughout the complex

"The condo was cozy, the view was beautiful and the property was immaculate. They even came out with spray foggers to get rid of the mosquitoes that showed up as we were leaving . We had a blast !!! Can’t wait to stay there again... Hopefully sooner than later !!

"We stayed 6 nights on the island and unfortunately we only spent 1 night in this very lovely condominium. It was clean, roomy, well kept, comfortable and everything we hoped for. The view was perfect and the complex was immaculate. We would most definitely stay here again and we're pleased to recommend the apartment to others. It was five-star without a doubt!

"The condo was AMAZING! The view was breathtaking, we loved waking up and being able to step outside our porch to see the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance one might need while away from home and cooking all week. The rooms were the perfect size for three couples to comfortably stay for a week. We are very very happy with the experience. The host was so easy to get a hold of when we needed anything and were very accommodating. When we return to SPI we will be looking this condo up again!
