As you enter our vacation home, you'll immediately notice the gorgeous view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see our pool area, hot tub, and the Gulf of Mexico.
Our lovely living area has six seats and a large flat-screen TV for the perfect family movie night. The dining area seats six and has plenty of room to serve a delicious homemade meal. Do you want a cozy place to sit and enjoy a hot coffee? Our breakfast bar seats four. Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for making a meal with the groceries from the nearby Blue Marlin grocery store.
Our primary bedroom, with a king-sized bed, has a large floor-to-ceiling window with a view and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. There is also a classic barn-style door leading to the primary bath. Our primary bath features a double sink and a walk-in shower. Our guest bedroom also features a flat-screen TV and a stacked washer/dryer to clean up after those sandy days on the beach. There is a queen and full-sized bed for your comfort. Our guest bath has a single sink and a walk-in shower.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

- Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
- The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.

"Check in and check out was very smooth. The condo is very spacious for myself, my husband, my mom and my two young boys. The kitchen came fully stocked with all the cookware you would need. Some of the outlets did not work and there was sometimes a tapping sound in the wall when we would use the primary shower, but those things did not affect our vacation at all. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and we plan to stay here again.

Everything was perfect from the amenities, proximity to the beach, condo was clean and we had everything we needed (only thing missing was a pizza cutter). We had a super time. "We really enjoyed our stay here! Good things - Beautiful view. Clean modern rooms, feels like a hotel. Great access to the beach and we loved the pool, especially because of the Whiskey Shack which has drinks and snacks, most places we’ve stayed at South Padre haven’t had that. I appreciated there wasn’t a long list of to do’s for checkout and cleaning! Would definitely stay again
These weren’t deal breakers - but the supplies the kitchen was stocked with were very random and old, was not was I expected with how nice the actual unit and decor is. We needed more bedding, mainly blankets, we were all chilly at night!

"Saida condo 407 was everything we wanted and more! It's in a great location to everything on the island. We enjoyed this condo, found it to be very spacious and comfortable. It was well stocked for out stay. The views are great with a beautiful pool area! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a delightful get away!

"This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The owners did a wonderful job decorating and selecting appliances for the condo - the appliances were top quality. The kitchen had everything we needed, except oven mitts. We just used hand towels in lieu of oven mitts. It was a nice bonus that every tv was a smart tv, which made downtime out of the sun or in the evenings enjoyable. The light-up mirror in the living room was cool to play board games by. You can see the beach from the master bedroom and patio. We loved the Thursday night fireworks from the beach and watching from our patio. The washer and dryer were top quality and are a must for us when traveling to the beach. The beach is a short elevator ride and walk away. We loved everything about this condo and its location. We will be back!

"I was there with a friend as two ladies we like the security of the building. We had a small incident and the management company and security were on it in minutes. We felt very safe and were very grateful for the quick response. We will definitely stay again!

My friends and I had a very enjoyable stay . The view was amazing, of the pool and the beach ⛱️ . Has a nice large balcony to enjoy the sound and smell of the ocean. The place was very clean I love that they had coffee available, nice touch. Place had cups plates silverware very convenient. The place was amazing had a awesome time.

"The front windows all across the balcony should be re-caulked. Heating and AC are affected.
Instructions for the stove/oven should be somewhere in the kitchen.
Only one tv was usable since we had no firesticks. The main tv was awesome.
Very nice condo. Recently remodeled.
