Perfect place for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island. Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront furnished balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink, while you sit back to read a good book and listen to the soothing ocean waves. When the sun goes down, watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water.
Natural light brightens the living and dining rooms of this condo through floor to ceiling windows. A great space for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Continue to enjoy the views of the ocean while lounging comfortably on the armchair or the couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. In the evening, put your feet up as you unwind from a fun-filled day to enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV. You'll enjoy the open layout and beautiful granite counter tops in the fully stocked kitchen as you whip up your favorite meals. The dining table seats 5 guests comfortably. During your stay, savor a meal alfresco on the balcony as you take time to slow down and reconnect with loved ones, who matter the most in your life.
Wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico, in the spacious primary bedroom, while snug beneath the covers of the king size bed. Offers ample storage for belongings in the 2-drawer bedside tables, multi-drawer dresser, and closet. In the evening, as you settle into sleep, watch a show on the mounted flat screen TV, as you drift off to sleep. Pamper yourself in the gorgeous spa-like primary bathroom with a lovely granite vanity with storage for toiletries below. The tiled walk-in shower is welcoming at the end of the day to rinse off the salty sand and relax your tired muscles from a fun day exploring the island.
The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, to ensure a restful night of sleep. Guests staying in this room will enjoy the natural light that warms the room and the tropical views from the window. Has a mounted flat screen TV and closet to store belongings. Freshen up in the spacious guest bathroom, has a beautiful granite vanity with storage below and a walk-in shower.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier, beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, outdoor bar & grill, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds and bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is located within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

The Saida Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Take a stroll around the spacious courtyard adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Stop by the activity center (seasonal) to rent equipment for a thrilling game of tennis, four courts available, or a competitive game of shuffleboard. Take a dip in one of three dazzling beachfront swimming pools (one heated in the winter). Quench your thirst with a refreshing cool drink from one of two seasonal poolside snack bars. Kid friendly snacks are also available. Lounge chairs surround each sparkling pool to assist in attaining a sun kissed glow while you lie back and listen to the relaxing ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and the crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal beach rentals are available (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) In the evening unwind in one of four hot tubs as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.
If you decide to leave Saida Condominium Community for a bite to eat or to explore shops, you are a short walk away from the main street, Padre Blvd. There are several great restaurants at reasonable prices. Locals love Manual's (cash only & closed on Monday) or Cafe Isabel for breakfast andMarcello's, Pirate's Landing or Dirty Al's for lunch or dinner. To experience adventures further along the island, take advantage of the city's free transportation on The Island Metro. See the Island Metro Schedule here. On the north side of the island, experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe a variety of bird species and alligators at South Padre Island World Birding Center. A few more miles north is the Island Adventure Park for horseback riding and zip lining over the dunes. Heading south is Isla Blanca Beach Waterpark with both outdoor and indoor water features and rides.
