In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink while you sit back to read a good book and listen to the soothing ocean waves. Continue to enjoy the views of the ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on an armchair or the couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. - Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

"The condo as such was amazing and super clean. It looks exactly like the pictures. Location is amazing, since all great spots on the Island are within walking distance. Amenities are great, that being said, only negative aspect goes beyond owner’s responsibility, but might influence with the administration. Pools, especially kiddie pool, was very very dirty and none of them really looked like they were clean besides its surroundings every night during our whole 5 nights stay. Other than that, it is an amazing place for sure. We will absolutely recommend it!

"We originally booked for 2 days, but due to unexpected delays, we could only stay for 1.5 night/day. But we thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the amenities, and the experience! The location is prime and excellent! Our balcony view over the grand pool and walk path to the beach was very much to enjoy, even before going down to partake. The grounds are were well taken care of by staff daily. The pools and jacuzzis are cleaned twice a day. There actually are 3 pools and 4 jacuzzis.😁. The path to the beach is a short 10-15 minute walk, and the beach itself can be viewed from the balcony. Beautiful!!! Now, back to the condo… the amenities are very well thought out, which includes an Air Fryer, as well as a Rice Cooker and a Crock Pot, Wine Glasses, Dinnerware settings, etc., a 65 in. TV in Livingroom/Dining Room with Cable TV with 2000 channels, Streaming capabilities, and Roku Streaming. The bedrooms have 32 inch t.v.s with Streaming capabilities as well. Every area of the condo is very clean and taken care of. We love, love, love this place, and we will make this our annual place of stay. We fully recommend this to be everyone’s consideration to stay in SPI.

"First and foremost I wish to extend my personal "Thank You" for picking my condo for your next stay at South Padre Island. And a special "THANK YOU!" to those who take the time and effort to write a review of their visit. Reviews are especially helpful to myself, the rental agency, and future guests deciding on which condo to have a great stay at.
We do our best to make your stay an enjoyable experience. By "we", I mean myself, Padre Island Rentals, and the Home Owners Association. Padre Island Rentals has, in my opinion, exceptional service spirited by Sim Clinton and Mathew Clinton along with all personnel at PI Rentals. The HOA keeps the grounds and buildings in immaculate condition in a very harsh salty environment. My hat’s off to them!
An observation ..... The Resort offers many activities and in the past few years, the tennis courts are also being used for pickle-ball. What fun!
Lastly, I want to share a new project I have going for the wall in the dinning area. As an admirer of the Dutch painter Jan Vermeer, the wall will be used to display a few replicas of his paintings from the mid 1600's. His paintings are extraordinary because of his presentation of light. Please show respect for this display, and enjoy your stay!

"We had an incredible 3 night stay at SPI! This place exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, cleanliness is a top priority, and it truly showed. The kitchen here is a dream! It comes fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking, which made our meal preparation a breeze. One of the highlights was the enormous, well-furnished balcony. It provided the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, and the crisp, clean white sheets on the comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep. Tons of hangers and the convenience of a washer and dryer were thoughtful additions that made our stay even more convenient. The best part, was the fantastic location!! Just a short walk from the beach. It was incredibly convenient and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in South Padre Island!

"Nicely appointed and recently updated throughout. We only slept on the mattress in the master -it was super comfortable. Loved the rain shower in the master bath as well. Plenty of hangers and lots of hooks to hang towels. The kitchen was fully equipped and had lots of pantry space for groceries. The only thing that would’ve been helpful would’ve been a broom to sweep up the sand each day. We rinsed off and wiped everything down every time we would leave the beach but the sand just sticks around. The resort itself was in a great location, grounds are well maintained, tons of parking and never had to wait for an elevator. Only drawback we had was the two adult pools always had kids in them and the main pool would not allow outside food or drink if the ‘bar shack’ was open. With that said, we still had a great stay and will be back to Saida Towers.

"This condo has an Incredible direct view of the ocean with all the amenities, three pools, tennis courts, to name a few all very well maintained. There are lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance of the condo. No need to drive. We are looking forward to returning soon. Five Stars.

"This condo is awesome - clean, modern and comfortable, with a great ocean view. You have everything you need, and there's even a brand-new washer and dryer, if you need to do laundry. Next time we go to SPI, we will try to rent this unit again, 100%!!

"The views are absolutely amazing. The patio is nice and big, and had comfortable seating. The property is quiet and is kept up nicely. It was so nice being right on the beach. The pool, the bar by the pool and proximity to the beach were great. Most importantly, the beds are so comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We were within walking distance to so many restaurants as well.

"Great condo with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, comfortable bed, and the condo was exceptionally clean! Simeon goes above and beyond. We had a minor issue with the TV and he had someone fix it within an hour. Great view! The resort is well manicured with three pools and tennis courts to enjoy. Highly recommend this unit.

"This place was great! Super close to the beach and very clean - loved the 2 king size beds. The pictures of the balcony are the main reason why we booked and the view did not disappoint. The 3 pools in the complex were a nice bonus. Would def stay here again!!

"Condo was clean and spacious. You can’t hear anything. This place was quieter than other places we have stayed at. The checking in/out was quick, easy, and convenient. The pools were clean and we swam in all 3! The bar downstairs has amazing beach drinks! We have been going to SPI for the past 13 years straight and this place is definitely a place we will revisit again. Thank you for a wonderful experience. See you next year!

"We recently stayed in Saida 3605 during a family vacation to South Padre. Our visit was for 3 nights and included 6 people (4 adults and 2 older teens). This unit was perfect for our trip and could only have been made better had we stayed longer!
We frequently rent vacation homes/condos as opposed to hotels for the main benefit of having a full kitchen. This unit's kitchen was perhaps the most fully stocked we have ever stayed in with all full sized regular appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, etc), all the usual smaller appliances (toaster, coffee maker) and a few items not normally found in a rental (blender, crock pot). There were plenty of pots/pans, silverware, and dinnerware to prepare and eat a meal while still having something available when those were in the dishwasher. There was a full assortment of glass drinkware as well, including wine glasses. The kitchen has a large countertop peninsula with ample bar seating along the other side that invites family/friends to gather around for conversation and good times. If we weren't at the beach, pool, or balcony, you could find us hanging around the kitchen - and that's not something normally said about rental unit kitchens!
The living area was nicely furnished, and had a large newer TV (I think a Samsung), although we didn't spend a lot of time there. It did have a DVD player and cable service though, so if you need that stuff it's available. There were also newer TVs in each bedroom, I also believe with cable boxes. The amazing view overlooking the condo grounds and beach would always draw us outside to the balcony before getting lost in any shows or football games on TV. The balcony had seating for 4 and a stand for drying beach towels and bathing suits without fear of them flying over the railing. The bed in the main room was pleasantly comfortable for us (totally subjective though and we tend to like a firmer mattress). I didn't try out the other bed but got no complaints from two teenagers in there. In mid September, it was still fairly hot and humid outside, but the A/C worked great and kept the unit cool. We had no issues with bathrooms or anything else in the condo, and were generally pleased with the unit's upkeeping.
When not on the beach we tend to spend our time in South Padre usually divided between heading over the Queen Isabella Causeway to Port Isabel to eat/shop or Boca Chica (SpaceX) and heading down Padre Blvd to various island restaurants or attractions. The location of this condominium is awesome in that it is as "central" as you can get -even though it's near the southern part of the island. This makes any trip to go out shopping or to a restaurant within about a 10-15 min drive max. We have stayed farther north on the island before and found the drive just to reach the Causeway could be well over 15 minutes if traffic is heavy, which limits choices. No one wants to drive 30 minutes while on vacation to hit a favorite restaurant after spending all day at the beach! We loved the location and even if this unit is booked, we will tend to look for this area in the future.
Padre Island Rentals were very accommodating to a couple of our requests, one at an extremely late hour. Our first night we were excited to see all we could, which included a late night stroll on the beach and a few drinks around the kitchen bar mentioned earlier. By the time we were turning in for bed it was past midnight and we then realized we didn't have sheets for the pull out sleeper. This was our fault for not informing the rental company of our updated 6 person occupancy - we originally had just 4 in our group. We called the 24hr line provided and quickly got a set of sheets and pillows - fantastic service from Padre Island Rentals. The unit was also very clean upon arrival and had all the usual sealed soaps, sponges, and detergents needed for our stay.
We had a great stay and look forward to our next visit to South Padre, and Saida 3605 will be at the top of our list.
