Our kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped to host your meals. The dining area seats 6, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Our kitchen has full-size appliances and beautiful countertops. While you're here, visit the charming local grocery Blue Marlin and stock up on all the groceries your family loves. The VIPS in your group will love the private primary bedroom suite with a bathroom and walk-in shower. The primary boasts a view of the beach and resort amenities, room to unpack, and a mounted TV. Our second bedroom is a relaxing space with a closet, TV, and ocean-blue accents. With a guest bathroom off the main living area, you and your guests won't have to queue to rinse off the sand and get ready for a night on the town - South Padre Island style. WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

"The condo is beautifully decorated and overall clean. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, it was super comfortable! The showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bonus, I was able to control the thermostat which I took advantage at night for sunburn and sleeping purposes. I really appreciated that. The balcony is much larger than it appears in the photos which was nice in the evening to look over the pool area. It is located very close to everything on the island but in case you’re wondering, Door Dash does deliver here. The only complaint I have was that the sofa looked like it was just puked on by a toddler and the area rug looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. I don’t hold it against the condo owner though. I do recommend renting this condo and can’t wait to rent here again. Thanks so much, it was nice!

"Very clean condo & property. Great walk-in showers. Bed comfortable but very high. Bring your own pillow if possible. Very comfortable condo. Well equipped kitchen. Great apartment & property

"We stayed Sunday night through Friday night. We ended up having issues with noisy neighbors on the first and last nights. Otherwise, the property and apartment were great and exactly as advertised! There are three pools and hot tubs, easy beach access, and we felt safe the whole time. The tennis courts are in great condition. Like I said, the only bummer was the noisy neighbors, which was exceptionally bad the Friday night. The people in the apartment right above us pulled an all night party! They only stopped briefly after the we called the 24/7 number and the security guard spoke to them. They then started their party back up and were still at it in the morning.

"Lovely condo...the view was awesome!! It's a very roomy condo with an open floor plan that looks out to the water and grounds... we took some beautiful pics from the balcony...we loved the many swimming pools and hot tubs that are available....it's walking distance to restaurants and short driving distances to many activities and other eating places...the beach itself is only a very short walking distance from the condo....the property grounds were well kept up...we did find lots of dust on the ceiling Exhaust Ventilation Fan in the bathrooms and this did trigger my allergies... bathroom tiles were stained in some places...other than that, the condo was very nice...we would stay here again definitely.....

"This condo was great for our group! I will recommend that the you put felt on the chair legs of all chairs that are on tile in this unit, and all the units. It woke us when the people in the unit above us would move the chairs on the tile because it screeched so loud! Other than that, everything was great.

"We made the right choice! Where do I start..1. Property Mgmt: very thorough, informative, caring, and easy process 2. Location: unbeatable view and access to night life; countless beach shops, nearby walmart and dollar tree 3. Property Grounds: Well maintained, gated property with onsite security, multiple pools, tennis courts, multiple beach access points, food and alcohol tiki bars by the main pool. 4. Condo: very clean, newly remodeled and perfect color schemes; everything you will need is already there. DONT PASS THIS CONDO UP, THIS IS THE ONE!!!

"The home looks newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was provided in the home so were really able to relax. Saida has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and has nice access to the water. We had an lovely stay and would love to stay again!
