You will love our open-floor living plan for vacations because it helps keep you and your guests connected no matter where you are. Our living room has seating around our large-screen TV with cable. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar, which is roomy enough for the whole group plus the kids. Our primary bedroom suite has a beachfront view and a bathroom with a shower. The parents or guests of honor in your travel group will love the luxury and privacy of having their own space with a private bathroom and waterfront view. Our guest room has two full beds so that you can have room for a small family or the kids in your group. With a group this size - you will love using our well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. We genuinely hope you'll be comfortable here and make yourself at home. WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island License Number is 2023-0567.
