If you're looking for a romantic 1-bedroom on the beach with room for a small family or a couple of extra guests - you've found it! Our 1-bedroom includes large windows with a view, a king-size bed, and a full bathroom. Our living area consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 1 to 2 extra guests, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with an unbeatable tropical view of the well-maintained grounds and panoramic beach. Our condo is equipped for 4 guests; however, up to 6 may stay if you provide your own air mattress. We hope you enjoy South Padre Island and our 4th-floor 1-bedroom as much as we do! Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

"This condo is one of the best condos right on the beach! You cannot be beat the view. The condo was beautiful and professionally decorated, featuring an incredible beach theme. Please note, items like salt and pepper are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own. It's helpful to know that you need to hit "YALE" to lock the door when you leave, not just "any key". Overall, a 5-star option!

"Nice condo in a great location and ocean views. It was clean and very spacious for two people. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups and cooking utensils, although we could have used a few more kitchen towels during our stay. "we had a great time at the island. most all we truly enjoyed the stay in the room. we did go out and about but truly enjoyed the room. what made it so comfortable was it was great size for me and the wife. Comfortable king bed we got lots of need rest with updated large screen TV to enjoy movies. the large TV were great. room was clean and updated ac worked perfectly. truly nothing bad to say at all. short walk to the pool and short walk to the beach. enjoyed the sunrise with the morning coffee.
we will rent again when available.

"We have been coming to the island an average of twice a year for over thirty years. Out of all the places we have stayed, we would put this unit at the top of our list! Everything about it exceeded our expectations: affordable, amazing beach views, nicely appointed with casual but attractive decor, wonderful mattress, fully equipped kitchen, bright and cheery atmosphere, and one of the closest units to the beach in the complex. Our two other couples also stayed in similar units at Saida, but ours was by far everyone’s favorite! We will DEFINITELY stay in Saida II402 again soon!
