WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

"The condo is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and spacious. The living room furniture is a tiny bit worn, but very comfortable, especially the rocking chair. The balcony was large and had a perfect view of the beach and water. Lots of furniture on the balcony, clean and comfy. The mattresses on both beds in the second guest room were sagging in the middle and not very easy to sleep on. Other than that, the place was perfect.

"This was a very nice condo. The view of the ocean sunrise was fantastic We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the beach as well as the pools at the condo. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked, except there were no hot pads anywhere. The condo is easy to get to from Port Isabel and very handy to shops and restaurants. We loved the gated security and all the staff was very friendly and helpful When we had to leave the beach suddenly the staff brough our beach equipment up to the condo for us. I recommend the condo and the resort. CAUTION: this has nothing to do with the condo or the owner. I would like to see the resort put up signs at the beach entrance and also resort entrance to the beach. The walkway from the resort to the beach and back is blistering hot during the day. The third day we were there, my husband suffered second degree burns to the bottom of his feet from the boardwalk and spent 2 days in the hospital Needless to say, that ruined our vacation.

Awesome Condo

"We loved our condo! The grounds are well kept. All of the staff was super nice. We really enjoyed the views off our balcony. When we arrived our AC was not cooling. We unpacked some went to dinner and when we got back it was up and going. We were fine the rest of the trip. So no complaint there at all. The kitchen was not stocked super well. We could not find hot pads to pull things out of the oven. Which was a little hard. But someone that had previously stayed there could of walked off with them. Just little things that I use in a kitchen daily we didn’t have. The fireworks show on the beach on Thursday night is amazing!! Watch it from the balcony. You will not regret it! We would definitely stay here again!
