Our Saida I condo (#501) is beachfront, has fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico, a warm Southern exposure, and is steps away from 3 refreshing pools.
The three-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in the Saida Towers, a gated, family-friendly complex with 24/7 security that has been a favorite of families and Winter Texans for many years. We have three swimming pools (one heated in the winter), three hot tubs, tennis courts, and a poolside bar and hamburger hut open in the summer.
Saida I 501 allows a maximum of 10 guests, bedding is set up for 8.
Our extra-large balcony, furnished with a picnic table and deck chairs, is a great place to watch the beach, the ocean, pool area, lounge with a good book, or enjoy cocktails and dinner!
Up to 10 guests can sleep in our approximately 1450 sq ft condo. The primary suite has a king bed, the corner room has 2 double beds, and the third room has 2 twins over full-size bunk beds. The beautiful kitchen has a large bar area and granite countertops and is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a toaster, a blender, and a coffee maker.

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island Rental License Number is 2023-0737.
