The first thing you'll notice in our beautiful vacation home is the gorgeous view of South Padre Island and the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Let the beacon of light from our lighthouse-themed condo lead you into our living area with floor-to-ceiling windows. It's perfect for a movie night on our big-screen TV or a good conversation from our cozy seating area. Be sure to visit our historic Port Isabel lighthouse for a tour if you're inspired! Bonus: We have one sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests.

Our vacation home was recently renovated, giving it a clean, fresh feeling. The kitchen and dining room sparkle and are fully equipped for a homecooked meal or takeout from Ceviche Ceviche. The dining area comfortably seats 6. After a day of fun island activities, kick your feet up in our primary bedroom. Our primary bedroom has floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a flat-screen TV, plenty of storage for your clothes, and a beautiful view of the amenities and Gulf of Mexico. The primary bath has a tub/shower and a large, well-lit vanity. Our guest bedroom will remind you of the blue gulf outside. It also comes with a flat-screen TV and plenty of storage. The guest bath comes with a walk-in shower and a well-lit vanity.

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Thanksgiving getaway

"My husband and I stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The property and the condo met our expectations and were exactly as described and pictured. We have always stayed at another property but we decided to venture out of our comfort zone as we expect to visit the island a lot in retirement. We felt right at home in this unit and will book again.

Relaxing Week on the Beach

Beautiful grounds

"We love Saida towers because of its location and amenities. They really maintenance the pool and green area very well! This unit was clean, comfy and it had everything we needed. The views are beautiful. The only issue we had, was the gate. Apparently the guard needs to open the arms of the gate manually every time we get into the parking lot. We found this unnecessary and we don't understand why it is that way because sometimes they take a long time in opening it for us when we wanted to get out. Other than that, everything was perfect!

"Condo was as described in pictures. We rented for 2 weeks ( left a few days early due to weather). Check in was super easy! There were 4 of us and had plenty of room. Balcony was awesome with a gorgeous view. Close to the pools, hot tub, and beach. Restaurants within 1- 1 1/2 mile walk. A few were closer. Taxis and Uber readily available at very cheap rates. We did use them as weather wasn’t cooperating for most of our stay. We did get at least 6 good days. We would definitely rent again.

"We rented 2 condos, side by side and ended up having an absolutely wonderful stay! The elevator was nice, the deck was relaxing to chill on and there are beautiful views of the ocean and pools. The only thing, the bathroom didn’t seem to be remodeled considering they still had the round toilet seats.

"Clean but needed a little TLC with some paint in places. Kitchen was great. Bathrooms were good as well. Only real negative was a neighbor smoking on their balcony cutting our balcony time short.

"We are used to renting condos in Florida.We were surprised when we arrived with no contact checkin to find we had to travel more than a mile to pick up our welcome package.We had 2 hand towels and no hotpads.I had to wash the pots and pans and the storage containers before we used them.The lids were mismatched.We didn't even try to use the baking pans in the stove as the drawer had not been cleaned.I had to wipe the shelves in the pantry and the refrigerator.as they had food stuck on them.What is with not even leaving salt& pepper?If you would leave a small cleanser in the kitchen and enough dishwasher pacs which we are used to having in a condo rental your guests would be more apt to not put greasy dishes back.We were told that this condo was recently updated but it had old plastic sinks in the bath.The tub had no mat which was a real hazard.They did bring us one plus towels but that should have been here .The shower curtain had black marks all over.All in all I don't think we would come back here or to SPI.

"Saida I 404 was a wonderful unit. We had great ocean views and enjoyed sunsets on the deck. The unit was clean and well-kept. The main door had an issue with the door knob and South Padre Island sent someone immediately to fix it. Highly recommend it to any future guests.

"This was a very clean, and very well kept property. We were on the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the crashing waves on South Padre Island! The property had all of the amenities we wanted (we didn't notice anything missing). The condo was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was also very nice and complete with amenities.

"During my stay at Saida Towers unit 1404 I found everything as expected, the location was great, the staff were excellent as always, the facilities were clean, and the beach was much cleaner than last year. Four of the five PIR staff members I interacted with were very helpful, I can't say the same of my experience at noon on 6/12/22, he was not helpful at all. We exchanged linens twice and they were very friendly and helpful as well.
