Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

"We greatly enjoyed our stay in Sadia I 303. All amenities as described. We loved the access to the Gulf, the stunning views and heated pool.
Our only “disappointment” was not in accommodations but rather lack of understanding of the time of year. The outdoor bar was never open nor the equipment usage. It was explained this was seasonal and we were off-season. As we visited during a holiday we felt we were at a high peak time.
We left behind beach toys and a body board in hopes the next family will have the opportunity to enjoy versus purchase.

"I'm going to request this condo each time I reserve. It looks like it's been completely remodeled and refurnished very recently- everything was bright, modern and super clean. Tiled, spacious showers, super cute kitchen stocked with all appliances and everything you'd need. Totally perfect for my family of four. The view from the balcony is unmatched - a beautiful, unobstructed view of the ocean and I could sit there and watch the kids in the pool or on the tennis court. This was exactly what my little family needed for a weekend away.
The rental agency was super responsive and so easy to work with. 10/10 recommend!

"Great location, incredible view from the balcony, and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The room itself was a bit run down, appliances were rusted, furniture was old and tired, zero (and I mean ZERO) water pressure so may as well have been a one bathroom because the second bathroom wasn't usable. The master bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep! There were lots of college-aged spring breakers partying by the main pool but we still had tons of fun as a family. Kids are not allowed in the hot tubs, which I wish we would have known because there is only one heated pool and it was always full. We played a LOT of tennis (the courts are amazing) and there were always courts available...even during spring break!!
