WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Great Family Weekend

"We had a great weekend visiting with my daughter. Enjoyed sitting on the beach, playing in the ocean, picking up seashells. Dining on seafood at Joe's Oyster Bar and Cajan food at Daddy's. The patio view is a favorite of ours and our friends. The condo was very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back.

"Great location. We always stay at Saida Towers. This was the first time at this unit. Very clean. Well equipped. And great location. Two things, internet is very slow and there were some sugar ants in the unit. Not a big deal. Overall it is a good unit to spend your time there.

"This was the perfect amount of room needed for our little family. It does need a little more cleaning etc. (need some new paint on walls, cleaning @ lights in kitchen area on ceiling area. The cabinet could use a cleaning as well. It was a nice stay and would definitely rent again. This is all stuff that is normal updates that need done over time in every home. I did wish it had a couple sets of bunks in the 2nd bedroom which would make it really nice for families with kids. My boys are 6 and 11 and were able to share the bed, but it would have been nice for them to have their own bed. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the in unit washer and dryer. This is always something I look for in a rental so that we don't have to pack as much since we travel 13 hours to stay, and having a special needs child who requires several clothing changes a day. Thank you so much for sharing your rental. I would recommend this unit to others. I am going to give our stay a 5 for I feel the updating is something that could be done easily.

"All the pictures are accurate of the condo as it has an awesome view to the beach. Short walk to the shore and very user friendly resources were all readily available throughout my stay. The A/C was strong and kept the unit sufficiently cool for the duration of our stay. My only complaint was the water pressure in the 2nd bathroom shower - yikes it was like taking a bath with a low pressure water hose. Even with the shower issue I am rating this condo very highly as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
