Great stay, nice condo

"Very clean and nice and well equipped condo on SPI! We enjoyed the stay and the service was excellent. The only reason I give it a 4 and not a 5 is that the mattresses appear to be a bit old. As I like to say I had to sleep in middle on either side of the gorilla who slept on each side of the bed. However, I do have a bad back and need a firm mattress for comfortable sleep. Other than that the only other feedback would be to have guest access to the workout room earlier than it was opened and available. Beautiful view and very clean condo. Thanks! Will be back next year and hope there is a condo like this one with firm bedding.

"Great overall experience at Ocean Vista. The condo was extremely clean and had a pleasant fragrance upon entering. Some of the furniture has been updated (not shown in VRBO). All the issues that other reviewers had previous complained about have been mitigated. My only gripe was the limited parking because the covered garage is under construction. Beautiful views!

"During our time here, we enjoyed the amazing views on the 9th floor. While there we went deep sea fishing, hunting for crab on the beach, explored all the candy stores and hung out together as a family. The pictures online need to be updated as the condo is way nicer in person and there is a new couch and dining table. We really enjoyed our stay and will be hopefully booking to stay here again in the future.

"The absolute ONLY problem was that we did not get to stay longer!! My husband and I have stayed in OV 902 numerous times over the years and are already looking forward to our next visit! The condo has everything we need to just relax and enjoy our time at Padre - comfortable beds and living room seating, a nicely equipped kitchen, and a fabulous balcony overlooking the beach and the water. The fact that PI Rentals makes everything so easy - from reservation to check in and check out -- I can't imagine staying elsewhere! Hope to return soon!

"We really enjoyed Ocean Vista 902, we have no complaints. We shared this condo with another couple, and everything worked out great. From sitting on the east balcony watching the beautiful sunrise (balcony furniture could use some updating) to sitting on the west balcony with friends watching the beautiful sunsets. 902 has everything you need, it's a great condo to spend some time away from the cold Iowa winter.

"Loved the condo and the balcony, as well as, easy access to the beach. Only complaints were difficult to open and close balcony doors and hot water took a long time to heat up and hot water tank made a pinging noise when it finally got hot. The bed was super comfortable and plenty of space and kitchen had everything one would need to cook.
