"We had such an amazing and relaxing stay here at this beautiful location! We had everything we needed and its just steps away from the beach. "The views are absolutely wonderful and the balcony is very large. This is a very nice unit. It was clean and well stocked. I would like to add/upgrade the following: pitcher, bed frame (squeaky), The only thing I would add would be a pitcher to the kitchen. The bed was a king, I heard that most units are a queen. The pool was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

"The view is absolutely wonderful and the balcony is very large. This is a very nice unit. It was clean and well stocked. I would add/upgrade the following: pitcher (kitchen), bed frame (squeaky) - more sturdy frame. The bed was a king (comfortable but may need to be upgraded soon) - I heard that most units are Queen. Pool was nice. I would definitely go back and stay at this unit if available. The only thing that I saw that needed to be repaired was a slat on the hvac/water heater door and one of the sliding doors on the closet. We did not see any bugs and Orkin came out while we were their and put some gel bait out under the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink areas so they are treating like they should. We did not go out much as we hit the beach everyday almost all day. On the two occasions that we did go out, we went to Louie's Backyard (food was tasteless (no seasoning)) and Dirty Al's which was very good. I would absolutely return to stay in this unit again.

"We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had a beautiful view and being right on the beachfront was a dream. It was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, just a couple of things which in inconvenient for us, there was no washer and dryer in the place. Also, since the unit is on the 8th floor, we found ourselves feeling a little too lazy to head out often. Still, if you’re looking for a peaceful beachside retreat with great views and a clean space, this spot is a solid choice!

"We absolutely loved it! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially sunrise. It was fairly kid friendly (we had our 4 with us). The bed was huge, and the Murphy bed was perfect for the big kids. There is easy access to the beach which made carrying all the stuff down easy. Our kids were so upset when we had to leave, and so was my husband! They could have stayed forever.

"What a great Location! The balcony overlooks the beach and is on the end which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. Unit could really use some deep cleaning in kitchen & bath. We might be light sleepers, but the bedroom window could use blackout drapes or blinds due to a lot of light coming in. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay very much.

"The view was unbeatable. The condo was very comfortable. Advertised to sleep 6 but one would sleep on a love seat, another on a couch. Our complaints: Closet light bulb was out (no biggie). Mold on some baseboards and at shower door. Otherwise clean, quiet, and comfortable.

"Wonderful property! I don’t normally stay in condos, but the views in this one might have changed my mine. It was a bit cold during our trip, but there’s still plenty to do! The hosts were extremely attentive. Our lock messed up and it was fixed immediately. Coffee on this balcony is definitely something I would like to do again! 10/10

"The condo was a perfect fit for our family vacation. Check in/check out was a breeze. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the patio view is amazing! We loved having patio picnics after long days on the beach. The location of being right on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The Murphy bed addition was perfect for our kids to sleep on. Host communication was great, making sure the check-in process went smoothly. The condo is also located right off the main strip and close to many restaurants. We would absolutely stay again on a return trip to South Padre.

"Rented #800 for our 3rd time & it did not disappoint. Love the location of the Inverness & the condo is a corner location with a great view. You can't beat the 12ft by 24ft balcony. Very clean & updated. They actually furnished coffee & filters for our entire stay. Plenty of tissue paper, etc. I would like to make one suggestion. We spent 1 hour getting the TV working correctly with all the remotes, etc. If you get it messed up... it takes a while to figure it out. Write some directions & post it someplace. We will be back.

"We stayed in Inverness 1003 and could not have asked for a better condo! All new appliances, all new everything! Freshly painted, in fact you still have painters tape in a couple places! Everything was exactly as advertised and we cannot wait to come back again.
