"We've stayed in Inverness condos many times. This was by far the nicest unit we've been in. Kitchen and bath completely updated. Bedroom needs blackout curtains or blinds and the bathroom door is difficult to close. We love the location of Inverness so we keep coming back to this property. We would stay in this unit again.

"Awesome ocean view, also great for watching fireworks from private balcony where we spent hours sitting comfortably after long walks along the beach. Minor complaints—needs blackout blinds in the bedroom (we wore sleep masks) and bathroom door is difficult to close. Overall, a reasonably clean, updated unit and we’d consider staying there again.

"We had a wonderful time, as always. The unit has recently been updated and they did a wonderful job! No negative issues on this trip. The reason it is not a 5 star is simply that Inverness is an older property and is showing some wear and tear. We were there two years ago when neither elevator was functioning( they both worked fine this year). The unit was clean, security measures have been improved and the rental process was easy. We will certainly return.

"We loved this corner unit! It has tasteful decor and not cluttered, it was very clean. There is a large private balcony with 24/7 ocean views. Large glass sliding doors that allow you to see the ocean while cooking. There was lots of nice dishes and nice pans and everything worked. Beach was a hop, skip, and a jump from our door. We felt very safe. Only one negative, no broom /mop to get the sand off the floor. I would highly recommend staying here.

"We had a great, comfortable stay. Amazing view! Great location. Condo needs some TLC though. Interior was cute and clean - the kitchen, bath, and bedroom in particular. The living room furniture is tired, stained, and needs updating. The patio was not very clean (found a cigarette butt), nor was the furniture - definitely needs updating. The hot tub was not as pictured and the temperature ranged from 89-97 degrees - luke warm. The pool hot tub was warmer, but the jets didn't work. We really did enjoy our stay but, as noted, it needs some TLC.

"Extremely clean and had a smart TV which was awesome too! We absolutely loved being right in front of the beach and ended up getting a golf cart, which became our mode of transportation. What an extremely responsive team! Our place had all the amenities listed and we were able to change out our towels daily at the Padre Island Rentals Guest Welcome Center.
