"Our stay in this beautiful condo was perfect! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips including the beach, views, kitchen supplies, paper towels, tp, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing through the big windows and from the sprawling balcony! We loved having a table and chairs on the balcony too. And the perfect views of fireworks! Was also very clean!

"Kids can make vacation hectic, but this rental provides easy access to the beach, a gorgeous pool, and a room that provides an amazing view during our toddlers day time nap. "Just steps away to the beach. This condo was very roomy. Despite of all the noise outside, it was so quiet inside. Offers beautiful views of the ocean! Open the two patio doors to hear the waves crashing. It was great!

"From the moment one walks in, and is captivated by the view, this is a wonderful place to stay. There were just a couple of things that happened while I was there that made it not so fun...the water was turned off for a whole day, making it difficult to plan...AND the water in one of the showers was just so darn hot we couldn't use it really. (they did get that fixed by the last day, thankfully). Anyway, beautiful place and lovely people. Opening the pool earlier might be nice! Some more hangers to hang up clothes for opportunity for drying would be helpful as well. The condo could use a guest book for people to sign and leave comments, those are always fun to read and share.

"Good location, great view of beach from patio. Condo was exceptionally clean and I’m critical in that regard. Only negative is the tight parking spaces in the garage. We have a large truck and there was no way possible to just take one space. Not a problem as it wasn’t as crowded during off season.

"Our family really enjoyed this lovely vacation rental. It is situated perfectly on the ocean front, with a large balcony to enjoy the sunrise, listen to the waves, and watch the beachgoers. The home (which is a condominium apartment) is very spacious and fit our family perfectly. The master bedroom is located to the left as you enter in the front door and is super spacious with large windows and walk out balcony. The 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds is located straight ahead as you enter the home, which shares a wall with the master bedroom. This room has a very large walk-in closet and also has large windows to enjoy the beach view. The living room and kitchen area are to the right down the hallway from the main entrance. A wooden table and chairs for 8. The living room and kitchen is open concept. The last and final bedroom with 2 queen beds is off of the kitchen, with views of the island and bay on the west side. Final bedroom has an oversized closet, perfect to store luggage. There is a large book shelf with several books to enjoy. The 2 bathrooms are very spacious and have plenty of mirrors to get ready in. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a good meal for your family. It has baking dishes and pans to make cookies, casserole, etc. The pool and jacuzzi is on the 3rd level and have a beach front view as well. I only have 1 area of concern and it had nothing to do with the unit. When I checked in the front office of the building itself issued 2 parking passes to me and told us we could park in the garage. On our last night there, I was telephoned after 10pm, and was rudely told by the front office that I had 2 vehicles in the garage and I could only have 1 vehicle in the garage and the other must be parked outside, and that I had move my vehicle as they called in a tow service to have it removed. I explained to the woman that I was issued the parking passes, told that we could park in the garage, and that no one advised us of this, and no where on our instructions does it state that we couldn't park 2 vehicles. My husband and I were out during that time, so we had to bring our final date night to an abrupt end to come and move our vehicle. I walked into the office with my instruction papers and asked them to show where it states that we cannot park 2 vehicles. As a matter of fact, it says the complete opposite, it says 2 parking spaces allowed. Other than this unexpected parking issue, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

"The place is fantastic. It had everything it needed for 8 people to stay comfortably. it did not feel tight at all. It was clean and stocked with all the essentials. The views! It has 5 star views. We enjoyed the most amazing moon rises, sun rises and sunsets! Definitely recommended.

"The view is beautiful! Condo is perfect well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. You can even get food delivered, which was nice because we didn’t have to leave our beautiful balcony watching and listening to the ocean.

"This beachfront unit was perfect for my family. We were impressed with the cleanliness, spaciousness, and views of this penthouse. In addition to the amenities it had to offer ( fast wifi, fully stocked penthouse, pool, covered garage parking etc.) The manager was a pleasure to work with as he responded to my questions promptly, explained everything about the property, directions, check in/out process, etc. He followed up with me during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. We look forward to coming back in the future.

"This place is amazing! It was far bigger than we thought it would be. The master bedroom was huge! The kitchen was better than we could have hoped for, and the span of that amazing balcony was really special.There are so many positive things I could say, because everything really was perfect. The place is much bigger than we thought it would be, and every detail was well thought out. Ttruly first rate in every way. HIGHLY recommend this place!
