"What a nice, chill spot to stay at on the island. It is at least a mile away from most of the action, but if you have a car you can get around pretty quickly. The room was clean.

"We spent the Mother’s Day weekend here and were pleasantly surprised to find the condo available on such short notice. We have stayed here multiple times over the years, and it remains one of our top choices. Its location, just across from the water park and a short stroll to the beach, is ideal. We have never been disappointed. The place is always clean, and SPI Rentals offers 24-hour support. I had to work late on Saturday evening, but they graciously allowed us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated.

"The condo was just as described and pictured. Lots of room, King bed in bedroom was very comfortable. The AC works extremely well, kept us nice and cool as we slept (lots of hotels don't have the best AC units). The walk to the beach was easy and convenient. The seaside bar & grill on the way to the beach was also very convenient and nice to have. The Mexican shrimp cocktail is a must! I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again.

I totally agree with you, the pool area at Gulfview is a great place to meet people, It is a big and inviting pool with large hot tub. Many of our guests also love the charcoal grills and picnic tables in the pool area. Not many places have that. Thank you for taking care of our place as if it were your own. "I have no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and kids loved the bunk beds and the enormous pool!! The only recommendation is that the TVs be updated (HDMI) to connect our Roku.
