"This is a great spot to enjoy South Padre Island. Within walking distance to the beach. The pool is relaxing and there are also hot tubs available in the pool area. We loved being able to end the night with an evening soak in the hot tub and pool. The hosts were communicative and the condo was a comfortable one bedroom unit on the ground floor.

"We decided to come down on a whim for the night just to get out to the beach and found this property on VRBO. The price was not bad for it being 4th of July weekend. The check in process was pretty simple. We were able to complete part of the check in paperwork online. Upon arrival to the office they validated and verified who I was gave us our parking and pool passes. The only issue we had with this part was the traffic getting to the office. When we arrived at the property it was clean and property was pretty much as described. It was a perfect size for our family of 3. The property had all the things we needed to make a quick dinner. The patio was nice to sit out at night but being a ground floor unit be prepared for the noise of the coming and goings of your fellow vacationers. The unit is closer to the pool and further away from the dumpster which was nice cause it was steamy out that day and I was very glad we didn’t have to catch the downwind from the trash. I liked the location! Beach access was pretty much a parking lot over and I enjoyed that there was a walkup bar, food truck and BATHROOMS off the walkway to the beach. I would definitely recommend to a couple or a smaller family and I would not mind booking here again for a future stay.

"I had 2 kids with me, the pool is just around the corner of the building and the beach is probably equivalent to a 2 blocks walk, not a hassle at all. Also the beach behind the building is very clean compared to other spots in the island. Had plenty of clean towels. Thanks y’all

We use commercial washers and dryers with hi-temp settings, CDC recommended disinfecting products, as well as Ultra Clean triple sheeting methods so you know everything that touches your body has been sanitized. Our housekeeping department is a 5-star crew that works around the clock to make sure our vacation homes are ready for guests. We are so glad you enjoyed this service!

"Great place for the price! It made for an affordable vacation for me to take my grand kids for their first beach experience. The pool was great and they made some friends there. The beach was a quick walk through the parking lot. A shuttle is close by, along with a marina with plenty of activities. The condo was surprisingly quiet, making it easy to rest at night. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans and utensils for cooking. It is not fancy, but is clean, comfortable and convenient.

"My sister and I stayed for 3 days and had such a wonderful time!The location of his place is awesome! You can walk to plenty of restaurants and easily get to the beach. I would highly recommend this spot if you are planning on a beach weekend or heading to Schlitterbaun. We were there over the weekend and there were a lot of people but it wasn't loud and the pool never got too crowded.
