Our casual and cozy condo is the perfect rest stop between trips to the sand. Our home is a one-bedroom, but the hallway alcove houses built-in twin beds with privacy curtains.

"This is a cute condo. It has easy access to the beach, pool, parking. There are great views of the beach. It was very clean with all of the necessary amenities. We will be back!

"I always like to stay at beach front condos and this one does not disappoint. The view was awesome, the bed was comfy and my kids loved the bunkbeds. We had the best view because we were at the very top. Our family loved the condo and so will you.

"There are no old dinosaur tvs. The photos are outdated and it is better than the pics. The couch is nicer than one in picture. The condo has two smaller flat screens so tv was better than expected. Beach view is amazing. Good price for the stay and we were able to exchange towels. I would recommend staying here for your South Padre experience.

Last Minute Getaway

"My daughter and I wanted to get away for a last minute beach trip and there was not a lot available during the height of the season, beachside and affordable. So we selected this condo, it was quaint, a little dated but was very clean, had amazing views that make the rest a non issue. The property, pool and grounds were clean, it was supplied with all of our basic needs for making simple meals, comfortable furniture and beds, lighting. You could definitely sleep 6, may be a little tight depending on how much time you planned to spend in the condo with that many but you could definitely make it work. We enjoyed ourselves, it more than suited our needs and would definitely stay here again.

"We loved being on the top floor and the full beach balcony view could not have been better! So glad to find in the real setting, vs. the website photo, the couch was blue and not that brown! The kitchen cabinet's wood is rather weather-worn and could use some love, but everything was just grand! Parking was easy and convenient and the location of The Florence is great as well. Clean pools, beautiful clean beach and pathway with good outdoor showers. It was all just right!

"Very easy check in and check out. There was only one small detail, the elevator was a mini sauna and there was no ac and quite hot! We stayed on the 7th floor, so we by the time we got up there, we needed fresh air. Still better than climbing 7 flights of stairs, though, I guess. Other than that, everything was good.

"This condo has an immaculate view of the ocean. The sunrise is breathtaking with a beautiful breeze off the balcony. The condo was very clean with plenty of utensils, pots and pans. No condiments, so bring your own. Two packs of coffee making 12 cups, so bring your coffee. The bottom bunk was a little on the leaning side, but cushy. The bedroom bed was firm and comfortable. Pillows were very comfortable. If you are going to watch movies, bring some. Not sure if it has cable or not, didn't turn on the t.v. The wifi is fast and efficient. Very cool A/C. We will definitely return to this condo. P.S. Loved the pool for I am a swimmer and was able to get my laps in. It is a 25 yard pool. Josue was an awesome pool man. Kept it clean every morning.
