"Perfect location, very easy to walk to the beach. Great convenience to park under the condo.
Some better maintenance such as replacing oven and kitchen items - spoons -forks would make the unit much better. Towels provided were many and very clean. Overall great place with excellent beach and ocean view. Thanks!

"This place is not fancy & clearly an older building but if you don’t care about that, then this place is it.
My husband & I loved this place! Our priorities were to be on beach, in a comfy bed & price. We spent all of our time on the beach or on the balcony watching the waves. The bed was a bonus! The bedroom window could use something more than the see through curtain. We would stay here again!

"Depending on what you are looking for, this place could be perfect. For us, it was on the beach w/a balcony, price & a good bed. All were met! It is an older unit but that was fine. We spent all our time on the beautiful beach or balcony. The king bed was awesome. The only suggestion I have is the bedroom window needs more covering.

"This is a wonderful unit to rent. View and location is the best! Older furniture but condo and bed is comfortable. Only thing we found frustrating was the dresser in the bedroom. Hopefully they will replace it soon. The drawers in it would go off of the track and we fought with it numerous times a day. Still a 5 star place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

"The condo was somewhat "dated" with original cabinets & fixtures. The bed could use a new mattress, but overall it was a great value, clean, and right on the beach with a truly awesome "front row view" of the ocean from the 7th floor. As a one bedroom, I would suggest only a two persons stay though there is capacity to sleep four. (Only one bathroom.) I would definitely stay there again!

"The view of the beach at this condo is awesome! The space was sufficient for my husband and me. The smoke detector needs to be reattached to the wall and the condo needs a fire extinguisher. Other than that our stay was great!

"Our unit was just perfect for the 2 of us! Great view of the beach and easy access to it. We had a couple of small issues (tv wise) called the front desk and Steven was a joy to talk to, Mr Personality! Hector came to resolve the problem and he was awesome, as well. "Are we’ve been here several times and come here for the easy access to the beach and the balcony view. We’re definitely come back again and again. My only suggestion would be to add electrical outlet strips for easy plug-in phone, computer, and iPad chargers. I always have to unplug the lamp to plug in my phone charger. Other than that, we had a great stay!

"Easy access to the beach, there is an elevator! Great place in town also. We can access all areas in town easily. Also, about a few miles north there is drive on beach access, with a 4x4 vehicle you can find a little piece of quiet beach heaven!
