Our petite but family-friendly vacation home has twin beds in the hallway alcove plus a sofa bed. Our little corner of paradise is worth its weight in gold thanks to the best view of South Padre Island you could ever hope to see. We hope you'll enjoy the view and the stay as much as we do.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.
DISCLAIMERS
- We strive to update our photos and listing descriptions regularly; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions.
- Our staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory in this home; however, if you find something lacking, please get in touch with our front office so we may promptly address your needs.
RESORT FEES
- All reservations with dates of stay from March 4th to April 9th, and July 1-5 require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $30
- The Resort Fee is required for all guests of all ages.
- Please notify us of the number of guests in your group.
- The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment due 30 days before arrival.
- The Resort Fee is specific to March 4th to April 9th and July 1-5 and does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island Rental License Number is 2023-0345.
