Edgewater Condominiums boasts 35 individually owned beachfront condos with full-size kitchens, elevator access, and resort amenities. It has gated parking, a tennis court, a pool, a hot tub, and direct beach access. It doesn't get any better than this!

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

"Extremely comfortable and cozy rental for our long weekend at the beach. This condo was exactly as described and the kitchen came fully equipped with everything you need for a beach stay! The property management company was very communicative leading up to our trip and was easy to get in touch with, if needed, once we got there!

"We are pleased with our stay. This is probably one of the better condos we have stayed in. The kitchen came very well equipped and the condo itself was extremely comfortable. The bed was comfy and the AC will freeze you out which made for some great nights of sleep.

"One of the best condos I have stayed at on any beach! This condo has everything you need down to chip clips. Furniture including master bed is comfy. Views are great from balcony, living room and master. Highly recommend.

"The unit itself came well-equipped. The beds were very comfy and having a washer/dryer in the unit is very handy. The elevator broke while we were there and took 2 days to be fixed. Fortunately that did not affect our stay. Also note that the unit is directly over the pool, it can get a bit noisy for long periods of time. Overall, we had a great visit to South Padre Island.

"We have been staying here for a week each year in vacation for 5 years now. The unit is always well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable and ample space and seating for our 4 person group. We appreciate the owners attention to this property. And the view of the gulf is great from the balcony. Condos pool and hot tub are also very well maintained

"Room was so nice! Place was so relaxing. Not many units in this building which makes the stay more pleasurable. I must say that check in time of 4:00 is a little too late. You pay for 3 nights but only really enjoy 2 full days. Other than that this room is very clean and comfortable and has all the amenities you’ll need.

"Fantastic four day stay! Security, grounds, pool and amenities are excellent. Brand-new Beach ramp just installed and awesome. Condo itself was wonderful. Spotless on arrival with excellent cleaning service. Really appreciated the en suite washer and dryer! Well stocked and thoughtful. They even had a jewelers screwdriver so I could fix my eyeglasses! View is excellent! Really enjoyed the electric tea kettle tea and of course coffee maker too. Bar area —what a surprise, complete with a separate beverage refrigerator!! Lots of barware —recommend whiskey tumblers though. The beach chairs are phenomenal and umbrella very needed and appreciated. Would recommend beach towels please. Also no hair dryer… Overall fantastic stay and we will be coming back to Edgewater 404!

"Our family of 5 had a great time and really enjoyed this condo. This is one of our best rentals over countless years of visiting SPI. The unit was absolutely spotless…kudos to their cleaning service! Everything was updated, beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked. Abundant supply provided of paper products, linens, toiletries, dishwasher and washing detergent…we lacked nothing. We never had to replenish anything over our 4 night stay. Check in was fast and easy. Place was quiet and in great location we would definitely return. Thanks to the owners and SPI Rentals for a great stay!

"Gorgeous spot! The view is perfect, the place was spotless, everything is up-to-date, the kitchen is completely outfitted, the beds are very comfortable - we couldn’t ask for more (okay, maybe a replacement for the glitchy DVD player, but that’s all.) Wonderful! We will definitely be back.

"Another Great Summer at EW 404! This is our 2nd year booking through Pirentals, which provides fantastic customer service! Also, our 2nd year staying at EW 404. This condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need for the beach, for cooking and relaxing! We were able to pack less this year on our 6 hr. drive and have more room for the kids! We have three kids ranging from 2-21 and they all enjoy the condo! We wish we didn't have to go. Thank you Pirentals for your excellent service and thank you to the King's for letting us use your home!

"Condo was everything we hoped for and more. Starter items were great (coffee filters, dish pods, paper towels, etc). View and balcony were perfect...the bar height chairs allowed for views above the railing - nice touch! The bed was comfy, the linens were plentiful and the beach items (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc) were so appreciated. What a great amenity to have those. I hope these items continue to be available. Most of all, we appreciated the quick and easy check out and loved that leftover food items could be left behind...we travel as a group often and feel it is such a waste to have to toss perfectly good snacks, soda cans, bottled waters, etc upon departure. This condo felt luxurious and we loved the decor. I am already looking at the calendar to book over the summer!

"This condo exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and finishes were beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and the balcony was a favorite reading spot while relaxing with the beach and waves. PIR staff did a wonderful job making the whole condo spotlessly clean for our arrival. When we come back again we will look for this property first!
