Edgewater Condominiums boasts 35 individually owned beachfront condos with full-size kitchens, elevator access, and resort amenities. It has gated parking, a tennis court, a pool, a hot tub, and direct beach access. It doesn't get any better than this!

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

South Padre is my Happy Place!

"We love South Padre Island and prefer Edgewater over all of the other condo complexes we have stayed at over the years. We found 403 to be just okay. We have stayed in this unit several years ago. This time we found it a bit worn. The carpet in the master bedroom is in serious need of professional cleaning or replacement. There were shoe prints on the window sills in the master bedroom and other indications previous cleaning was not very thorough. The dishwasher is very loud. We only used the master as we rent the 2 bedroom units just so the bedroom is on the gulf side. The mattress on the king bed is not comfortable. I understand everyone's needs are different, but.... We probably will try another property on our next visit.

"We had a wonderful beach vacation at Edgewater, Unit 403. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. They even had a beach wagon that we could have used to take all of our chairs, coolers etc. to the beach but we didn't even notice it until the last day of our trip. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The only reason I am unable to give 5 stars is because the beds were so uncomfortable. I realize that everyone is different when it comes to mattresses but the king bed in the master bedroom was extremely firm and my husband and I neither one slept well the entire time. My daughter and her husband didn't care for the mattress in the secondary bedroom either. Other than that, we had no complaints, whatsoever.

"This is in a great location in a gated community which made it feel safe. Place is huge and I feel it could fit at least a family of 8 but that was not an issue since it was only 5 of us. It was very clean with pool and private access to the beach that was within walking distance. The only thing I would have changed, is having to stop at their office for check in. That what the last thing we wanted after a 12 hour drive. I feel check in could have been done by message. But because of how great this place was, I am still giving 5 stars. Hope to stay here again.

"This condo was nice. Good location, the condo was clean and well stocked. The beach area in front of the condo was really nice as well. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, but other than that, we would stay here again.

Immaculate grounds, peaceful stay

"Huge shout out to the groundskeeper of Edgewater who worked tirelessly to keep the grounds and pools immaculate. He was incredibly friendly, too. The condo was just as described, with awesome views and easy beach access, and a lovely pool. The condo was quiet, even during a busy spring break week. I always value having a washer and dryer. There were beach supplies. A few things to make it 5++ stars: we couldn't find any hot pads/oven mitts. Some of the furniture, like the dining table and chairs, are showing some wear. A great stay and everyone had fun in the sun.

"Love this condo so much in August 2020 we are booked for 2 weeks August/ September 2021. Well equipped, lots of extras pods, dishwasher/ washing machine. King bed so comfy, unit very clean. We had no maintenance issues last year, but feel confident they would be taken care off ASAP.

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. Located was great. The TV did up overheating and not working but maintence quickly responded and brought a new TV. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely return.
