Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

"Located in a great spot right on the beach. The hot tub was fantastic. Kitchen was fully equipped and washer/dryer was a definite plus! It within walking distance to restaurants and dancing. There is also a free bus to take you to each end of the island, so no need for a car!

"Beautiful condo with a great view! The heated pool is a huge plus when the kids need a break from the beach. Kitchen could use a few more supplies like hot pads and tongs, but otherwise has everything you'll need. Beds are comfortable and the living room area and porch are great for hanging out.

"What a clean & attractive condo. Beautiful ocean view, wonderful heated pool and hot tub. Short walk to beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Can cross the bridge to Walmart. "This is an overall great place to stay. It is decorated nicely and has a wonderful balcony. However, the condo needs a little updating. The window coverings need to be replaced and the master bedroom could have a better mattress (it was just okay). The bathrooms and kitchen were nice. The floor had not been cleaned very well when we got there and it had some sandy residue - this would be a cleaning crew issue and not a physical condo issue. With the updates listed above I would have rated the place a 5 instead of a 4.

Couples Stay for off season

"Three Bed/two Bath corner Condo on second floor. Plenty of room for two or three couples. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils but bring your own spices and foil, etc.
There is a washer/ dryer and a separate ice machine. Ice machine was not working and they offered to fix but we chose to have them wait.
The balcony was great for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening while watching the waves crash on the beach or gazing at the pool.
The pool and hot tub (and I mean hot) were great. The private walkway to the beach was nice and the wash station was appreciated.
The location was great and overall we had a great stay.
We would stay here again.

"We loved this property, it was perfect for our group. There were a few things that needed to be addressed and it was taken care of it quickly. We loved the beach access and spray station. Our condo was very quiet. The only complaint was the need for black out curtains in the primary bedroom, as there are many windows and outside lights that stay on all night. We will be back!

"We’ve booked with Padre Island Rentals several times and they never disappoint. This condo was just as described. Spacious rooms are nicely decorated with large closets to keep luggage out of the way. The master bedroom has an incredible view of the gulf and sunrise. The corner balcony is super breezy with seating for the entire family to relax and take in the view. The w/d was a huge convenience and allowed us to pack light. The beach is steps away with rinsing stations and gated access. And what a bonus that the pool is completely shaded in the afternoons. Edgewater is our new favorite property - quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait for our next visit!

"The room was clean. The AC worked great! The ceiling fan/ light in the master bedroom wasn't working so I had to call to try and get it fixed but they were unable to fix it while we were there. However, the room was pretty cool anyway and there was a box fan in the closet just in case. The walk to the beach was quick and easy for my family (me, wife, 3 girls 12, 7, 2, and my mom). It was not crowded and we never had problems finding a spot on the beach to setup. We were also close to shops and restaurants so we were never far from something to do. We will DEFINITELY be staying here next time we come to SPI!

"This house was beautiful,. All the beds were comfortable. It was close to the pool,hot tub. And the beach. Was trying to get the girls To go next year for a month rather than a week. "This was my family’s first time doing a ocean front condo. We will most definitely do it again! The pool was a big hit for the kids. It was amazing to wake up in the morning and have our coffee, on the porch and watch the waves of the ocean. The condo was perfect for the whole family, I have to say one of the biggest perks for the washer and dryer. There are showers at the ocean gate to be sure you can rinse yourself and your belongings off, which was so nice! I could go on and on about this place. Would definitely go back!

"Overall property is nice and the staff on site are very friendly. The condo was roomy and had everything that we needed. . Plenty of room ok the beach out front and the pool gets plenty of shade in the afternoon. The condo right under us was getting remodeled so there was a jack hammer going off throughout one of the days so that was a little annoying but they at least didn’t start too early and didn’t stay working too late

"Beautiful condo. Everything was super clean. Loved the kitchen and coffee bar. Building was quiet with short walk to the sand. It was a perfect stay for my husband and I and it would be perfect for a family or group too. Location is wonderful! We loved the balcony and beach views in the mornings and evenings.

"Our group, 2 adults and 2 children, stayed here for a long weekend. The condo was perfect! Very clean, decorated beautifully, stocked with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Plenty of towels (but bring your own beach towels.) There was not a hair dryer, but it was not an issue as we had brought our own. We did wish there were tissues, but not a big deal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which was very convenient. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Lots of chairs so we could all be on the balcony together. We loved the ocean/beach view from the master bedroom. What a wonderful way to wake up in the morning. Very fast and easy access to the beach. Although we did not use the pool or hot tub, they also looked very clean and kept up well. Checking in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone I know.

"Excellent location. Really nicely furnished. Right on the beach. Reasonably priced. Perfect! Building is really secure. 24 hr. Security. Not too many units in the building. Close to everything. Family loved it!

"I definitely recommend Edge water 207 but most importantly Padre Island Rentals. Check in and check out was easy, and the condo was clean and well kept. Had all the utensils, plates, pots and stuff we needed. The location was amazing, easy access to the beach and also to everything around it. I proposed to my Fiancee there and have to say i could not have picked a better place to do it. We had an amazing time and the condo made it even better.
