If location is more important to you than luxury, then our beachfront vacation rental has your name written all over it. Our 8th-floor condo is love-worn and simple but ideally located on the beach and a short walk to the Boulevard. Since you'll be spending every waking moment on the sand or by the pool, we know you won't mind that our condo needs a little updating. We've packed our intimate, little space full of everything you might need during your stay: a new (2022) memory foam Casper mattress in the bedroom, two twin beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen appliances, a full bathroom, and a beachfront balcony. Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
