This vacation home is a two-story walk-up with no elevator access. The ground floor includes two-bedroom suites, with the primary bedroom leading straight to the patio and pool. The second floor has an additional primary bedroom suite, guest bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony.

Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.
- The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days and $25 for each additional day from October - May. 24-hour advance notice is required.

"The photos did not do justice to this gorgeous duplex. It has very high ceilings and stunning beach views. Feels like you could touch the ocean from the kitchen. The pool is a perfect size to cool off, the rooms are well furnished, parking in the garage was effortless, and daily walks to the coffee shop was a treat. Other than a little road noise late Saturday night, it was absolutely silent.

"Really enjoyed our time at Mi Casa es Su Casa. Condo was spacious and easily fit my wife and I, the in-laws and our teenage son and his friend. Helpful that each bedroom had a bathroom. Spacious kitchen and living area as well! Location is fantastic - quieter part of island away from high-rise condos and amazing beach access.
Our favorite activity was booking a sandcastle lesson with Sandy’s Feet. Great experience for all.
I hope they keep up this property and give it the TLC it deserves, so it can remain a 5-star property!

"We were delighted with Mi Casa E Su Casa! The details were perfect The access & views of the Gulf were amazing. The pool was too small for us to swim in, but wonderful for all 4 of us to relax in and chat after a day at the beach or exploring Laguna Madre Preserve. The dining options in the area are abundant. One of our favorite finds was Palms Cafe, right on the beach, minutes from the condo. Service & food were 1st class.

"This property is fabulous. It is clean and had everything you would ever want in a beachfront home. Including a pool, wonderfully stocked kitchen with plenty of seating options, spacious living spaces with ample and comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, lounging areas, convenient parking for your cars, and a spectacular view of the ocean. In addition to being right on a quiet section of the well kept, dog friendly public beach and it is within beach walking distance of many beachfront restaurants. The rental company was very accommodating, accessible and its employees were very friendly and met all our needs. The three adults and two family pooches in our party could not have had a better experience. We also can’t say enough nice things about the very friendly people of South Padre Island. We hope to stay at this fantastic slice of paradise again in the future. We would highly recommend it.

"The house was immaculate my sister daughter and I stayed a full 7 days and had the best most relaxing time the moonlight on the water is amazing everyone should experience it this trip was part of a grieving process of letting go the house and the beach views were the perfect setting we plan on revisiting often highly highly recommend

"Such a peaceful sunrise. Great patio. The condo was clean, fresh and beautiful. Great kitchen, well stocked. Pool was nice. Just steps from the beach. We would stay again.

"House was very nice and comfortable. Few steps to water. I emailed property asking if they had hairdryers in property, they said no so with us being a group of 6 woman we brought 3 hairdryers only to find out there were already 3 hairdryers in the bathrooms, one being attached on the wall. Above description says upstairs has a master bedroom and additional guest room, there is no additional bedroom upstairs, just the master.

"This house is so lovely and very comfortable. We were literally STEPS away from the beach. It was so nice to have a full kitchen to prepare so much fresh seafood, all available at the local market. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings with fabulous beach views was simply enjoyable, so nice! And the private driveway and garage for our car was such bonus!

"Our family of 10 had a great time! There was plenty of space for us all. The house is flipped so kitchen and master bedroom is upstairs. One of the downstairs rooms is the main exit to the pool/beach. It didn’t bother our family walking through the room to get outside though. We just vacuumed every night to keep the sand to a minimum in that room. They provided tons of beach toys, boogie boards and there’s plenty of cooking utensils!

"It was a perfect stay for our family. The photos online are very accurate and the view is amazing, the pictures don't do the view justice. It's in a great location on the beach. There are cool hangouts within walking distance. We really loved Wanna Wanna, it's a beachfront bar and grill. Check in is super simple. The house had everything we needed and more. We rented a truck and appreciated having a garage. We liked that each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. The house can comfortably accommodate 10. Our only complaint is that we didn’t book a longer stay.

"Wonderful experience. Easy Check-In The beach is closer than it appears in the photos! It’s just right there - twenty feet away! Photos of the rooms were accurate, the kitchen had what we needed, plates, cooking gear, etc. The furniture was pretty nice. Initially we were concerned about how packed the beach would be during the Covid pandemic, but there was plenty of space for everyone. We felt comfortable and safe. The house was a excellent find. Don’t think we could have found better. We plan to return!

"The house is large and well appointed. All the finishes are nice and it is extremely clean. Everything was in working order and there were plenty of towels, linens, etc. We loved being just steps from the beach and the view is amazing. The two car garage and private pool are added bonuses. Thank you for also being pet friendly. We had a wonderful stay and hope to rent this property again!

"Super spacious main level with huge open kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies and dishes. Huge master bedroom with comfy beds! Perfect view in the morning! The decor is beautiful....beachy but modern! We had a question about starting the pool heater and the maintenance crew came over within 15-20 minutes to help get it running for us. We loved our stay and hope to come back!!!

"What a fantastic place! Mi Casa Su Casa has everything one could ask for in a vacation rental. The views from the spacious balconies are to die for and the townhouse location is excellent. There is a wonderful heated pool, and the Master bedroom upstairs even has a view of the Bay ! The Property Management team responded very quickly to questions or any maintenance issues. We stayed here for 16 days and loved every minute of it. We hope to return and stay again in the future.
