The primary bedroom suite is a luxurious and tranquil beachfront oasis. With plush pillows, crisp triple-sheeting, and a private beachfront balcony, it offers a serene escape from the world. The full ensuite bathroom adds convenience and privacy. It features a jetted bathtub under an incredible ocean view, allowing you to unwind unrushed in pure comfort. The bathroom also boasts a vanity, stool, and a walk-in shower with handrails.
Our first and second guest rooms are ideally suited for your travel guests. One room has a king-size bed, and the other has two queen-size beds connected by a shared bathroom. The final guest room has a comfy king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a full bathroom across the hall.
If you need to stay connected for work, catch up on your favorite show, or update your status, you'll have access to gigabit internet speeds—nearly 100x times faster than the average.
This vacation home is a two-story walk-up with no elevator access. The living areas and kitchen are on the ground floor and have direct access to the patio and pool. On the second floor, you'll find the bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry room, and counter space with a coffee maker.
POLICIES & INFO
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

"Condo had a nice layout, and the kitchen, bathrooms were very clean. There is a linen and towel exchange available that we didn't use. a few broken floor tiles, carpet was a bit worn and stained, but you're on the beach. Nice short walk out the back door to the beach. The beach equipment was mostly boken, torn, and unuseable. They need new beach umbrellas, new chairs. Had a bad interaction with maintenance. We came back from dinner and the upstairs was warm, and AC would not work. Called the 24 hr phone and they said there was no on to come help with the problem. The did suggest I go buy and replace the batteries in the thermostats. I had togo out late and buy batteries and make the change and it did work, but they really should have batteries available or a crew that would come out and change them.

"This home was beautifully furnished. It had a wonderful open concept floor plan, beautiful master bedroom, balcony facing the ocean, and the views of the beach/ocean were unobstructed from the entire first floor of the home. The view of and access to the beach was great. The kitchen came very well stocked and had plenty of dishes, glasses etc (no need to bring paper products to ensure you have enough dishes to last for a full day.) The entire home was very well stocked with supplies. We loved this home, the location, and were very pleased with South Padre Island as a destination.

"This property was absolutely beautiful, and was perfect for our beach vacation. The house was huge, very spacious, and all of the beds were very comfortable. The pool was awesome, and very refreshing. The beach is literally steps away from the back porch, but private from the beach crowds. Check-in was super easy, really just used the provided code and we were in. There were a bunch of chairs, toys, canopies and an umbrella, everything you could use, but couldn't bring on a plane. The kitchen was spotless, and plenty of every type of dish, pot, silverware, etc. Wi-fi was excellent throughout the house. I called PI Rentals at one point, and they answered immediately and were able to take care of the issue. Honestly, it was a beautiful house, and a wonderful vacation. I would give this house our highest recommendation. We will absolutely be back! Thank you!

"My son and his family were visiting from Virginia and wanted a beach trip. South Padre has always my go to from San Antonio. This property was perfect for our group of 9. "All around amazing property and perfect for our group of 7 adults and 3 children. The couch was the ideal spot for family game night. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub when we got tired of the beach (which was literally steps away). The kitchen came well equipped with plenty of dishes, cups, etc. We did have a minor issue with the BBQ grill (gas leak), but luckily it was just the propane tank and not the grill itself.
I would definitely recommend staying here for your SPI trip!

"We truly enjoyed our vacation. Super easy to walk to the beached the kids loved the pool. The home was clean, perfect and had everything we needed during the stay from beach towels, to floats, to coffee, paper towels, great views for night storms and morning sunrises. "Warm weather get-away! We had an amazing time at this fabulous condo! This place is truly set up to enjoy your time by the beach. "Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Easy to find and close island grocery store. Super white linens and towels. Great hot tub that was professionally serviced during our stay.
The kitchen could use some resealable containers for food storage. I don't mind purchasing plastic wraps or foil, but they are environmentally friendly and food stored that way tends to create odors in the refrigerator. Otherwise, we enjoyed the beautiful ocean waves from the comfort of the open kitchen and living space.

"The home, location and furnishings were expansive and luxurious! This is perfectly situated for a beautiful, beachfront vacation. All the notes were easy to follow, especially handy for our late night arrival with children. The bedding and beds were super clean, comfortable, and everyone had great sleep. The shutters to black out the rooms were a really nice factor. Listening to the waves crash all night was great until the bright lights from the tractor doing beach cleanup shined right into the window with the back-up beeping noise before 6am but I closed the shutters. Well worth the cost for the location, space, and bedding.

"Aside from Mother Nature tossing us some cloudy days, our stay was superb. My husband and I hosted our grown daughters, their partners, and our grandson. There was plenty of space for us to not be on top of each other. Three and a half bathrooms are perfect also. The wide open space of common area with high ceilings: we never felt cramped or crowded. The rec room conversion in the garage is ideal. Our grandson played ping pong with all of us at some point. All of the supplies for the beach, utensils and cookware in the kitchen: nothing was lacking. The younger crowd enjoyed the hot tub. We never used the grill but it was available. We visited many local attractions and learned about turtle rehabilitation, gained much knowledge of reptiles: alligators, and snakes, saw Space X up close, rented a golf cart for sightseeing, fed goats, horses, and a longhorn, ate at some great establishments; shopped on the island and in Brownsville. My favorite activity: watching the waves roll in from the primary bedroom balcony!

"My brother and I celebrated our fathers 80th birthday at Cabo San Lucas beach house in October. Views were superb. The private pool and beach access were such a game changer for our family- it allowed all ages young and old to feel they were right in the mix. Perfect set up. The open floor plan was spacious and ideal for allowing groups to cluster within the same room while not on top of each other. Really the best stay we’ve ever had at SPI and that’s saying a lot since we grew up down in the Valley.

"We thought this property was wonderful. The living space is huge, airy, and comfortable. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked kitchens I have ever seen in a vacation rental. The location is amazing, it's literally steps from the beach! There are amazing views from the downstairs living area and the upstairs primary bedroom and bath. The beds were comfortable. The pictures and listing information was accurate - if anything - there was more to the home than what was written in the listing. We only had one issue with a loud neighbor one night, and the property company responded promptly.

"This home was ideal for our family vacation. The beach is so close and the shower and pool/hot tub facilies make it a dream for hauling kids, tents, and chairs out to the beach, rinsing everything off afterwards, and relaxing on the patio afterwards. The kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious. The rental company was very easy to work with. All of the basics were provided for us so we didn't have to worry about the first night we arrived (coffee, filters, beach towels, etc.). We would definitely stay there again!

The perks of being just steps from the Beach is a definite plus :)
The kids loved the pool as much as the adults loved the hot tub!! The beds were comfortable and the storm shutters made it super dark in the rooms so we could get some extra sleeping time.

"I can't say enough good things about this property. If you are looking for a high-quality property directly on the beach, look no further.
Great things about this house:
1. The beach is about 20 yards away from the patio. So close and easy to get to, even for those that don't walk so well.
2. The pool and the hot tub are great options when you're done with the surf.
3. We are a family of chefs, so we really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the high-end BBQ grill on the patio.
4. The house has a REAL dining table that easily seats 8 or more.
5. The TVs are high-end with great pictures.
6. The beds are comfy.
7. Finally, a beach house with enough bathrooms!
We've stayed in many rentals and this was the best. We will be back!

"The property was amazing. Everything is exactly as presented. Enjoyed the hot tub and even the pool (more than a bit chilly). The beach was amazing and so easy to walk out the door and be there. The area was quiet yet within walking distance of a few restaurants and bars. We enjoyed Wanna Wanna in the afternoon and Bar Louie for dinner. Love the SPI brewery and Tequila Sunrise. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo on the beach. Our family went to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time as a family right on the beach. "We have stayed at Cabo San Lucas twice now and are about to book our next vacation here to make sure we don't miss the dates we want. The home is very spacious and is laid out just like a normal home so it worked great for our family. The private pool is great for the kids and privacy, plus the pathway to the beach is right there. The kitchen is huge and everything we could have needed to prepare the kids meals. The living room sofa is comfy and cozy, the master bedroom is a good size and kids' rooms were ideal. All in all, Cabo San Lucas is a great home for vacationing in, and we're ready to stay again.

"Great condo. Easy and convenient access to the beach/ocean. The jacuzzi was great. It was great that the House came with beach chairs, umbrella, and a few beach toys (for the kids). The condo itself was very spacious. The living room sofa was very comfortable and was large enough so that my whole family could comfortable sit and watch a movie. The kitchen was well stocked as far as utensils. The master bedroom was spacious and the other bedrooms were large enough to accommodate the other guests in my party. Each room had televisions which made tv time for the kids easy. The host was very responsive to my questions/concerns and there was a 24/7 management office to assist with any other condo issues. I will definitely book this condo again.

"With son, daughter, their spouses and four grandchildren, we enjoyed the week on the island. This was our second stay at the beach house and both experiences were outstanding! The owner really cares about his guests and the management company is really on top of things. For instance, the pool was cleaned twice this seven night stay. "This house was a dream from beginning to end. The owner, Gary, has obviously worked very hard to make this much more than a rental; it is like staying in your own vacation home. We spent almost all of each day either playing on the beach or swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The view just can't be beat! What a great way to spend time together, away from our daily grind! With very comfortable furnishings and top-notch kitchen appliances and accessories (including a great bbq grill), we found ourselves staying in more nights than we went out. All of our encounters with the PIR staff were extremely pleasant. We will definitely book again!

"Cabo San Lucas again exceeded our high expectations. Perfectly located on the beach, with all the high-end amenities, including dozens of handy extras -- screwdriver set, three different kind of coffee machines, clothes iron and board, beach toys, etc, etc. Tastefully decorated. A manicured path to the beach, and a hot tub/jacuzzi to enjoy the evening after a dip in the pool. Cabo San Lucas is hands down the best place for a family to enjoy South Padre beach life at its best!

Had the time of our lives

"We just left this morning and had the time of our lives there. We have stayed on the beachfront quite a few times and this stay was the best of them all. Our granddaughter turned 19 and she wanted to stay there with the rest of the family and enjoy the beach and pool. The rooms were spacious for all of us. Each bedroom has a large tv in them for late night watching. AND, I have to say that the walls are very well insulated because my husband is hard of hearing and he had our tv loud and we didn't bother anyone else. Overall, WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED STAYING THERE. We will definitely stay there again and hopefully very soon. We also enjoyed the fireworks from the pool area. The kitchen is equipped with anything you'd need to cook for a big family. Once Again, WE LOVED IT!!!! This is the place to stay.
