The upstairs living room is a tropical paradise, bursting with bright colors, rustic accents, and cozy furnishings that will get you started with a burst of excitement every morning.
You'll find two delightful bedrooms on this level, with practical furniture and bathed in refreshing natural light from large windows. Sink into beds with professionally laundered linens, triple sheeting, and plush luxury pillows that will make you sleep like a baby! South Padre Island is a dream for walking and exploring, making it a laid-back and enjoyable destination. Planning to bring vehicles or rent some golf carts? No problem! You can park up to four in the driveway and garage. There's plenty of room for all your toys!
Just a quick note: Gardenia Villa is a unique gem with independent floors that don't connect through an internal door or stairway. Each floor has its own exterior entrance, giving you the freedom to enjoy the space however you like. So pack your bags and get ready for an unforgettable vacation!
POLICIES & INFO
- We strictly enforce guest capacity.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Only well behaved dogs are allowed on the first floor. The pet fee is $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. Dogs are restricted to the ground floor only. Guests are required to pick up after their dogs.
- Access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- Optional pool heating costs $40 per day, $175 per week or $750 monthly. 24-hour notice is required.
