*Padre Island Rental's off-site 24-hour Guest Welcome Center makes check-in and late arrivals a breeze.

This vacation home is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the complex. On the lower level (2nd floor) of this property you'll find 1 guest room, 1 guest bathroom, the living and dining area, as well as the kitchen. On the upper level (3rd floor) you'll find the master bedroom, balcony, and and an additional guest room and guest bathroom.

"My family and I absolutely loved staying at this property. We are a family of four and there was more than enough room for us. The location was absolutely perfect for a visit to the beach, grabbing something to eat, shopping, and entertainment. We will definitely being staying at this property again if available. The only negative was that the pool and hot tub are small. The staff and maintenance at SPI rentals are very helpful and professional.

"Our entire group was very happy with this condo! This trip had 4 adults and 2 kids. There was ample space for everyone to spread out. Very nice and clean condo. Great location; close to stores and restaurants, the beach is just a short walk. We would definitely like to stay here again!

"This is a great place, it was very spacious. The only two negative things we found were too many stairs, and pool was way too small too. Positive that it had 3 full bathrooms.

"Pleasantly surprised there were paper towels, dish soap, towels and linens, coffee and filters, and shampoo and conditioner. The property is 3/4 of a block to the beach entrance. We took the vehicle most days. Took the wagon from there. Just easier for us. It was definitely walking distance but we had a canopy. There was plenty of seating for everyone in common area. TV was airplay compatible and hookup right up to iPhone and iPad. A first floor balcony overlooking the pool and upstairs balcony outside of the master bedroom with partial bay and gulf views. While in the pool we had a perfect view of the city fireworks display- it felt like our own show. Walking distance to shopping dining and entertainment. Highly recommend Louie’s Backyard. Great food. Had to climb stairs if you are impaired. Lots of noise on weekends from entertainment district. Hot tub had a BIG first step. Will definitely be back.
