"Great place to stay! We loved the location and walkway to the beach. The balcony is perfect for just sitting and watching the water. We really enjoyed ourselves. There is plenty of space and its cozy. We were thankful for all the beach supplies. We used the wagon, the chairs, the toys and the rooms were great. The master bed was ok to sleep on a few days, but was a little too stiff. Otherwise, comfortable!

"What a great place to stay especially with a view. I received quick responses when I had questions. They provided LOTS of extra items for the kitchen, the beach, and just to hang out at the Airbnb which was a huge plus. "Suntide II 301 is so well equipped - from kitchen to the baths / bedrooms, living area and outside patio. Every time I turned around to look for something it was there! "Large beachfront condo for up to 10 guests. Very spacious place and everything we needed. Very clean. Steps to the beach. Had beach chairs available for use and a cooler with wheels which helped us. "Property was clean and extremely well stocked. I rent condos or houses often and this condo exceeded all expectations and was the most well stocked ever. Unit was clean and roomy, linens were good quality, check in and out were both easy. Great location with wonderful sunrise views. Balcony faced the Gu.f and we spent hours sitting out on the balcony or lounging on the beach. Easy beach access and great access point for the rest of the island. "What a lovely, spacious condo with a beautiful view and a very short walk to the beach. One parking spot for a condo that holds up to 10 people is a little crazy but it’s HOA rules, not the host’s, and they were clear about it up front, so still giving 5 stars! We had no problem street parking our second car literally steps across the street. Maybe we got lucky but it wasn’t that busy of an area. Overall it was a wonderful stay. We would visit here again next summer. Thank you!

"The condo was clean and check in was easy just a short location away. The pool was suppose to stay open until 11pm but it was very dark, did not appear to have any lights in the area. "My friends and I stayed at this place for two nights. The place was very comfy and cozy… clean as well. There was a closet of beach supplies which came in handy since we were short on vehicle space. Easy access to enter the condo, easy access to the pool, easy access to the beach, it’s located in a good spot (not to much commotion), and we used the grill outside as well!

"Very easy to check in, wonderful host agency. Our rental had everything we needed and was exactly as described. The beds were on the firm side for us so sleep was not the best, but other than that, everything was great! "This Condo Unit was awesome...the balcony was perfect for morning sunset views and bonus Air Show...it had a spacious but homely feeling...the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes and utensils....there is even a closet with beach items u may need....when booking again I will try to book this Unit. "This property is fantastic. Really appreciated all of the details such as some basic kitchen supplies like spices and olive oil. Also- really appreciated access to boogie boards, etc. The highlight was the place to sit in the living room and lounge with a fantastic view of the ocean and a nice table for my tea. The simple pleasures. We really enjoyed this well appointed condo- thank you! Lots of little unique things with this condo such as a dehumidifier that make this unit very unique and special and extremely comfortable.

"This condo has everything to make a stay at the island comfortable. It is equipped with everything one would need to cook and beach supplies (ice chest, chairs, boogie boards, etc...). Sitting on the balcony was one our favorite things to do. The view and sound of the ocean is spectacular. We had a really nice time and hope we can go back soon.

"We came to Suntide II 301 with our family kids 14, 18, 22) and my 73-year-old mother. The weather was a little cool for March but the stay was great. Amazing location/views and a very well stocked kitchen made for easy cooking at the Condo when we wanted to eat there. The beds were comfortable. I would come back.

"We had a total of 7 adults and 1 pre-teen stay here recently and the condo is fabulous! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked better than any other VRBO we've been to. So many utensils, pots/pans, small appliances (crockpots even!). We also appreciated the sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels...so many extras were provided! It was very windy when we were there, but since the unit is at the north end of the building, our balcony was blocked from the south wind by the other units due to the "staggered" nature of the building. Beds were all comfortable, as were the pillows. We will definitely stay here again if our family gets together like this in the future. One small note...the hot tub was scorching hot. I now know what lobsters feel like. ;)

"We spent 5 days here this December and we couldn't have been happier. Reserving was a breeze, the check-in was smooth, the weather was perfect and this condo met all our expectations and a whole lot more. We have a family of 6 and it fit us perfectly. Everyone had space, a bathroom, plenty of space, and equipment to cook. The beds were comfortable, there was a whole lot of stuff to go to the beach with and it was super clean and well maintained. Then there was the whole view thing.....WOW! I would highly recommend this to anyone and will be planning our next stay soon.

"This property was amazing! Right on the beach, stocked with everything you could ever need- wagon, chairs, umbrella, volleyball, sandcastle toys, etc. My little boy (almost 2yrs old) had the best time, the place was very clean, completely stocked kitchen, furniture was nice and there was plenty of seating for a large group. We will definitely be returning to this location!

"We rented this unit based on the photos. The unit was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for 5 guests. The master bath shower bench and grab bars is a plus for an older person. The linens and towels are hotel quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with every cooks needs. The balcony furniture was enjoyable for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. There was no noise other than the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. So relaxing! The building has elevators and carts for moving your luggage. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. We had a very enjoyable stay.

"Condo was perfect in every way! It was very clean and furnished with everything we could possible need - even sand toys for our grandchildren. The location was great with beautiful views of sunrises and the gulf. It was so reasonably priced for 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Security persons were very friendly and very visible.
