Suntide II's resort-style amenities include a shared heated pool, hot tub, sun deck with palapas, tennis court, grilling area, and beach access with volleyball and badminton nets.

Discover dining and nightlife within walking distance. There's something for everyone, from seafood and burger joints to beachfront watering holes.
The stunning view is the highlight of this beachfront condo! Step out on the living room balcony to enjoy vistas of the emerald green waters and sugar white sands at your doorstep.

When you've worked up an appetite, cook some home cooking in your fully equipped kitchen, which has well-stocked cabinetry and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Savor family meals in the dining area at a table set for six.

After dinner, gather in the living area, furnished with a leather couch, matching sleeper sofa, and a plush rocking chair. Watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or catch a Gulf breeze on the balcony.

At night, retreat to your king-size primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, a 32-inch flat-screen TV with VCR and DVD players, and gorgeous Gulf views. Refresh in the private ensuite with dual sinks and a glass shower.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized and a twin-sized bed. Watch movies and shows on the 20' flat-screen TV with DVD player, and get ready for the day in the ensuite with tub/shower combination.

Extras at this home include complimentary Wi-Fi, a coin-operated laundry, and onsite parking for one car (additional street parking is available).

"Loved this property! The condo was equipped with everything we needed, clean & comfortable. We said we will be booking it on our yearly trip for now on. The pool was nice, the view of the beach from the balcony was amazing and the grounds were clean. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back.

"The balcony was awesome for viewing the spectacular sunrises. Enjoyed being able to rent just an umbrella for the day at the beach. The complex needs to be little more ADA compliant. For example, easier access to the pool and beach for elderly and handicapped guests. The steps to the beach are pretty steep.

Suntide II Unit 204 wins again!

"This was the 3rd or 4th year we've stayed in unit 204 and once again it was just as great as previous years... my wife and I are already looking forward to returning in fall of 2025. We love the island at this time of year because the high heat and humidity are gone and the crowds on SPI are very reasonable. Can't recommend Suntide II highly enough and we've never had any issues at all. I almost don't want to say all the great things I'm thinking because I don't want someone to rent 204 out from under us!

"We like the location, specific parking spot, in house washer/dryer. Everything was clean inside and out, including the pool. The whole complex seemed to be well taken care of. All the appliances were in good working order. We always enjoy looking out at the water from the deck.. We would come back again. We also like being able to get new sheets and towels with a quick run to the pirentals office. The only request I would have is there would be a few more teaspoons in the silverware drawer.

"The size of the condo is very nice, it has an amazing view from the balcony, and the location is great! Kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. The beach is only a couple of minutes from the room. The private access to the pool and the beach has some stairs, I would add a ramp to make it perfect. We enjoyed our stay a lot, we would definitely come back! Thank you!

"We all loved our condo! It was well taken care of, in a fantastic location, and had a view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We decided to schedule horseback riding on the beach, through Island Adventures, and that was definitely a highlight for us all. In addition, we were easily able to walk to several restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

"I hesitate to write this review because it will have people reserving this space and make it more difficult for us to return. ;). This condo was just as advertised. The view as soon as you walk in the door is OUTSTANDING. It was clean and had almost everything needed for the perfect vacation (there wasn't a very big frying pan so making bacon and eggs in the am was a tad rough). There was no washer/dryer but it wasn't a problem, the resort laundry room was right out your front door, very convenient. We will be returning as often as we can!

"It was very clean, and RIGHT on the beach. Need to update toilet paper to good kind that doesn’t rip easily. Also, could you please add a cutting board? There's an umbrella and chair rental for $35. Thank you for hosting us. We enjoyed our holiday.

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Suntide II. The area was clean. We were right on the beach and the view was amazing. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. While the building is older, they are doing doing repairs to upgrade the area. All in all, it was quiet, relaxing, and fun.

Amazing weekend

"This was an amazing weekend! Property was well kept. The condo was really nice with a great view! It was very clean abs comfortable. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for basic cooking. Throw blankets probably need to be updated but everything else was super nice. My husband and I had a great trip.

Great way to end 2020

"A winter vacation to the beach was the perfect way to end our 2020 together. The view of the ocean and beach from the bedroom and balcony were our favorite, so peaceful and beautiful. The WiFi was stable (big plus). We were able to connect our laptop and stream videos to binge on our favorite shows.

"The views and the location are undeniable however the comfort of the condo us exactly how it should be. The king bed was very comfortable. If you love listening to the surf and having cocktails on the balcony while watching the seagulls, then this place is for you!!
