Elegant, quiet, exclusive are all words our guests have used to describe this tranquil five-story beachfront hideaway. The swimming pool is tucked into the sheltered courtyard, and the Jacuzzi sits on the beach side with an uninterrupted view. The 2 bedroom is approximately 1100 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities: Heated swimming pool, hot tub, cable TV, elevator, security code entry, and one assigned parking. Only gas and electric grilling is allowed on the property; charcoal is not permitted.
POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.

"My family "discovered" South Padre Island back in the 1960's, so we have witnessed its continued charm, top beaches, and watched its growth through the years' repeat visits. This was our first time at the Seagull, and the location, excellent condition, and outstanding views did not disappoint us at all. The condo was well appointed, with comfortable beds, good furniture and a clean environment, plus easy access to the beach. A bonus was our seeing a Space X Starship launch trajectory overhead.

"This was our 2nd time here and looking forward to coming back! The unit was exceptional and is beautifully decorated. Amazing views - and when I say amazing I mean amazing! Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The beds are comfortable bed, great water pressure, relaxing family room and fully equipped kitchen. As perfect as the unit was, I have a few complaints with the grounds managers. The pool wasn’t heated ( the sign said it would be starting on November 15th but it wasn’t) the hot tub door was in a locked and open position one day, and there was a giant cockroach in the kitchen, however I understand this is in the warm southern climate. There was also a surprised unannounced balcony inspection and while the guy with all the keys said he worked for the building he couldn’t produce a business card or ID to verify who he worked for.

"The rental agency was great at communicating in advance of our arrival with addresses, codes, and check in details. They were friendly and quick to respond when we could not find the spa keys during our stay. Condo view of the ocean was AMAZING we enjoyed some great sunrises right from the patio each morning. Deck was shaded in the afternoon and an enjoyable place to unwind and listen to the surf. Condo was clean upon arrival & nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for us to unpack and spread out. We appreciated the starter packs of dish soaps, paper towels, dish sponge, bar soap, and shampoo/conditioners in both bathrooms. The beach was easy to access and the property commons areas were all neatly cared for and in general peaceful atmosphere. The pool and spa are in separate areas - this made the spa quiet and enjoyable. A lot of lounge chairs to use in both areas. Did I mention the AMAZING balcony view!!! The only negative comment I have is that the mattresses in both bedrooms were super firm; I like a firm mattress but I would say these were equivalent to sleeping on a sheet of plywood (took away two stars for this alone as it was miserable sleeping arrangement). Highly recommend replacing those mattresses for future guests comfort.

"This open concept condo is very comfortable and cozy for a family. Great view. Unfortunately the master’s bedroom fan did not work. The pool was poor maintained throughout the day, it had a lot of sand by 3pm, the water was warm, not cool nor refreshing. The condo could add more dishwashing soap. Other than these minor details, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"Everything regarding this condo was positive. The check-in at Padre Island Rentals was easy and quick. There is an assigned parking spot for this condo, which is one of the reasons I chose this rental for our vacation. This unit is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It's roomy, clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. The view is stunning. The balcony furniture includes a tall table and chairs so the view is unobstructed by railing. We loved it so much, we didn't want to leave. We called the rental office they easily accommodated us, and we stayed an additional two days. We will definitely be renting Seagull #502 again.

"Love every moment of my stay in this condo! Everything was clean and up to date. Beautiful sliding doors that allow the sun to enter the entire house. Close to the beach and pool. I didn’t have time to Check out the spa but would definitely think about seagull 502 for my next stay in SPI. Beds are firm but by the time I went to sleep I was too tired to even feel the difference. Wish both bedrooms mattress was less firm. Oh and as soon as you enter the condo, it smelled like bleach and that the condo was disinfected.

"The condo was a lot larger than we had expected and the attention to little details did not go unnoticed! Beautifully decorated, clean, clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make your gourmet meals. Loved the high end patio furniture! The complex was quiet and didn’t hear any noise from neighboring condos. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this beautiful vacation condo!

"Our first time to stay at this condo. So enjoyed the quiet peaceful atmosphere this small complex has. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable, and updated and provided a great view of the beach and easy access. The location is great for restaurants and activities. This unit was the perfect place for a much needed retreat and beach therapy!

"Beautiful location with less traffic on the beach. Gorgeous view from the balcony that extends to living room and master bedroom. Nice quiet, clean condo with a pool. Easy access to the beach but will need to bring your own beach supplies bc none are in the condo. We left some there but not sure if they will keep them. Only complaint is the mattresses are extra firm and does not bode to a good night's sleep. Otherwise, a top choice!
