Enjoy a piece of paradise at Saida Towers Condominium Community Building IV Unit 506, your home away from home. This inviting, cozy condo, with a touch of tropical motifs, is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island.
Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront furnished balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink prepared at the wet bar while you sit back to devour a good book and listen to the soothing ocean waves. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down.
The spacious living and dining rooms are perfect for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Natural light warms the large room. Continue to enjoy the views of the ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. In the evening, put your feet up while you watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV.
Enjoy the gorgeous granite countertops as you whip up your favorite meals in the open, fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has a large 5-shelf pantry to fill with your favorite foods. The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests, and there are 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
In the primary bedroom, wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico while snug beneath the covers of the king-size bed. In the afternoon, take a break from your fun-filled day to nap on the cozy bed. The 7-drawer dresser, 2 three-drawer nightstands, and semi-walk-in closet offer ample storage for your belongings. Additional amenities: flat-screen TV. Pamper yourself in the primary ensuite, featuring a beautiful granite vanity with double sinks and a tub/shower combo.
The first guest bedroom is roomy and boasts a king-size bed. It's the perfect spot to take a break in the afternoon to lay back and watch a show on the flat-screen TV. The washer and dryer are tucked behind a door in the corner; you won't notice they are there. Additional amenities include a 3-drawer dresser, two double-drawer nightstands, and a closet with extra pillows.
The dreamy second guest bedroom is a large room with two comfortable twin-size beds to ensure a restful night of sleep. It has a large flat-screen TV, a 5-drawer dresser, and a closet with an upper storage shelf. The large utility closet is on the far side of the room and has room to store suitcases and other belongings. In the evening, gaze out the window across the bay to enjoy the sun setting on the horizon as it paints the evening sky.
The spacious guest bathroom is shared between the guest bedrooms and can be accessed from both guest bedrooms and the entryway hallway. It features a beautiful granite vanity with cupboard space below for toiletries and additional storage in a 5-shelf linen closet. The tub/shower combo is great for taking a hot bubble bath to relax your tired muscles at the end of the day.
WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
- We strictly enforce guest capacity.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island License Number is 2025-0244.
