Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.

"This property is in a great location and the grounds and pools are pristine. The unit itself has very comfortable furniture and the views are exceptional. The unit is supplied with ample towels and soap, shampoo, etc. The unit is older and really could use updating but it is very clean so the datedness of the unit can be easily overlooked. We ate most of our meals out, but if you are staying here and plan on cooking you may have to supply some additional pots. Overall, it is a secure, centrally located, and clean property and we would stay here in the future. Also want to mention that the reservation process, checking in and out were very easy and the staff professional.
