We've equipped our 3rd-floor condo with everything you and your family may need to start your vacation on the right foot. Our 1-bedroom has an ultra-firm king-size bed and a great view. The primary bath has an enviable shower/tub combo. Our primary bathroom suite does not have a door between it and the primary bedroom; however - there is a door between the bedroom and living area for your privacy. The main living areas include two cozy recliners, a couch with a sofa bed, a dining area for 4, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. As-is, our condo has room for 4 guests.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

"We had a great time! The views are amazing. Condo is very clean and open. Very comfortable and fresh. We went during summer time so the pools were packed and at night they had loud music playing. But inside the condo you cannot hear anything it was very nice and peaceful. Also if you are there on a Saturday night and walked to the balcony to the ride side you are able to enjoy the fireworks from Clayton’s at 9:15!

Bonus is 2 full bathrooms and the Tvs have added premium channels for a rain day. I gave 4 stars because the king bed mattress is just about worn out.

"Good views very quiet and safe neighborhood. Condo was clean. A little dated and kitchen faucet needed some tlc. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Washer and dryer a huge plus. Didn't realize you had to go up a very narrow flight of steps to get to the roof but very nice area up there. Overall was a pleasant stay.

"Views in this unit are amazing! Condo and property was very clean and had most all we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony at the fab table and chairs having our coffee at sunrise and a glass of wine at sunset listening to the ocean. The security staff at this location is top notch. Super fast check-in, which was very appreciated. Awesome pool and beach options. A few things that could be adjusted in condo, but would not stop us from staying again, would just bring this unit to the next level. Time to change out some of the kitchen gadgets (spatulas and cooking spoons, a few of the knives) and some of the cooking pans - just not great quality and should be replaced. The mattress in the bedroom is pretty lumpy and not very comfortable - think it has had its day. The bathrooms are a bit dated and although functional, could use an update, at very least a curved shower rod to give some more space in the shower and maybe some additonal hooks in master bathroom to hang towels etc.. Also some directions should be left for the cable and tv - we had some trouble, we finally figured it out, but would be a helpful addition to your future guests. Overall, recommend a stay at this peaceful location.l

"This condo is clean and comfortable with a wonderful view! Everything about it was lovely with one exception - the bed. It was really very uncomfortable, to say the least. We ended up sleeping in the recliners or on the couch! But it didn't really detract from our trip, your mileage may vary . The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. The cleanliness is fantastic. The ease of everything made a great vacation. The view out of this particular unit can't be beat. The pool right downstairs was almost too warm, but so relaxing. We did not get in the hot tub - it looked older and not inviting, but we didn't care about that at all. The beach and the pool - perfect. Very convenient to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach, too. This part of the island (more to the south) is a lot busier than other parts - great for the kids. We would stay here, in this unit, again!
